What to do with Penny shadestick?

Because the local outlet has no beiging so the SA recommended Penny for my skintone. It doesn't really suit my skintone as it's too copperish but I used it. I realised it doesn't make a good base for my oily skin, so I stopped using it, but now I have no idea what to do with it. It isn't good as eye makeup itself because the colour doesn't show clearly, but it isn't good as base as it's a lousy primer, plus I don't wear the colours that need Penny to make the colour pop.

Do you think it's good for just "lining" the eyes, be it under or upper lash line area?

Yes, you can definitely use it to line your eyes. If you still would like to use it as a base, put on UDPP underneath it, and it probably will help with the creasing.
