I want to be healthier.. how do I start on veggies??
I NEVER EVER EVER eat themDo you like any kind of veggies?? I would start slow, and just add one veggie as a side. Like corn or green beans. Right now, I am loving these steamfresh veggies. You put them in the microwave and VOILA! Steamed veggies. They're in the frozen food section, and you steam them in the bag itself. So quick and delicious! I love the broccoli and the mixed veggie one.
Also, do you like sweet potatos? They are so yummy, and a great sub. for regular potatos. I find that I neglect them after the holidays, but they are great all year round.
I would just buy a variety of veggies you like, in can form, fresh, and frozen and see what you like the most with your meals.
Also you can incorporate a few veggies in salads, like green peppers, red onion, carrots.... OH! And baby carrots as a snack!
