White eye liner...healp

Hi, I need a white eyeliner, my eyes are too small, and I read that if a draw with a white eyeliner in my inner ridge on my lower lash line it could be make them bigger...i just got one from Cover Girl, but it doesn't note...any recs...please laydies..

White eyeliner looks really unatural, in my opinion.


But rimmel makes a nice white one...very soft.

Rimmel 's Soft Kohl Kajal Eye Pencil in Pure White is the best!!! I think it opens up my eyes and makes them look bigger
