who makes a good gel liner besides mac?

I find that the L`oreal gel eyeliners dry very quickly, the same with the coastal scents one

inglot has great cream liners and a nice selection of colors. they have amazing staying power and are pretty cheap too!

Bobbi Brown's Long Wearing Gel Liner is amazing. Estee Lauder also makes a great gel liner and if I am not mistaken, it's a limited edition product. Rock & Republic was my favorite, but I think it has been discontinued.
