Why are this website is allowed to use MAC LOGO?

Hiya Girls, i was looking for some more info about fake Mac Hello Kitty,as ebay UK,seems to be overrun with it

and i

and on the top spot was this website !!To someone who is not familiar with Mac ,these can appear genuine!What a cheek to use Mac logo ,in floggin their revolting ,counterfeit rubbish!

How this can be legal is really beyond me!?

Of course it is copyright infringement, but whether MAC will pursue it or not is up to them.
