Company than someone who paid to learn the basics of eye shadow blending.

I soo want to do cert IV (fashion/media) as well but nowhere in Perth offers cert IV
Oh, and with the diploma there is HEAPS on SPX and theatrical, which, urgh, just isnt for me

AUSTRALIA.
And, some people dont want to teach themselves, some people do want to go and learn about different face shapes, eye shapes, lip shapes, concealing techniques, skin tones, colour theory and so on.
