I work for Clinique, which is under Estee Lauder branding, so the interviews are similar. Dress according to your brands dress code. For Clinique, we wear all black and silver toned jewelry with our hair pulled back. Dressing according to the dress code gives the interviewer an idea of how you'll look working out on the floor. Wear a full face of makeup! It doesnt have to be all Estee Lauder makeup, just a look that it visually appealing. Read about the Estee Lauder company. I did my homework and went into the interview already knowing what the job would require from me, the company's baclground, etc. This impressed the hell out of my manager. All in all, just be yourself! They can tell when you're pretending to be something you're not.
