i called them 4 times to see what happened with my return and they were always clueless. Then I filed a dispute and after I got someone from their CS who was pretty much threatening me that since I did that they are not going to play nice with me any more. Hhahah can you believe it?

They finally sent me return confirmation email 9 weeks after a return . And now they blocked my account
