I'm not sure how the crazy perles look on the skin, but the blanc 00 would be lovely on you! It gives a very soft flawless skin look. It does have some shimmer, but doesn't really show up on the face that much. It creates a lovely soft diffused look to the skin.

thanks for the advice ladies. - do you notice a significant difference between different perles? i assume so if the 00's are the favourites.

Hi Aradhana---you can definitely tell a difference. Today I'm wearing Dore 04 and they make me look like I have a summer tan. If I apply too much it really makes me
look sun-baked. I don't get this effect with the other perles that I have.

What you're experiencing is the ball-less affect---it's a distinct nagging in the gut when one rushes out of the house without balls!

Oh there's just be no worse feeling that I can think of-----like leaving the house only partially dressed!!!
You know Dore really is dark---it's like a sunless tanner on me---I rather like these dark balls

It was truly awful. Dore is next on my list of balls, but I don't know if I just buy the loose balls or the pressed balls.

I prefer my balls loose but I will still get some pressed ones at some point!!

I like the process of swirling my brush in the balls and then gently gliding it on my face. It's just a decadent and a nice way to end my makeup routine.
