For me too Cruella was definitely the best! Evil Queen coming in second.

Does anyone know how De-Vil compares to Cut To Fit? Somehow Cut To Fit has been coming into my mind lately...

I have been thinking why I'm not loving BOA, even though I generally love those kinda blushes. I was walking today outside in the cold and when I came in, my cheeks looked like they had BOA on! Seriously, it's like the colour I get naturally. And personally I don't think that is always the best colour, at least for me. I want to look natural and fresh yes, but not the kind of red flush that make me look I have been working out with full face of make up. Ugh, I suck at explaining things, hopefully somebody gets what I'm trying to say. All in all, I mean BOA is nice and I use it, but it does remind me of this reddish flush I get naturally. Maybe somebody else who looks at me doesn't think it that way.

I really liked the Evil Queen and Malificent. From the Evil Queen i have TT, SP, OSF, BoA and i love all of them! From Malificent i love BR the most. It's a beautiful blush! The mineralize shadow are great to. I have nothing like them in my collection. I have Innocence, Beware, Wicked Ways and Her Own Devices from Cruella and i like them a lot, but they are not as unique as the product from the Evil Queen or Malificent and therefore her collection was not my favorite.

Well said, actually.

I've been struggling with this very issue. I keep thinking it's user error
greengrin.gif

BUT, the look, I describe as the look I get when I get anxious and, well, sweaty. sexy, no?
drools.gif

I guess it's the "hot flash" look.
I'm not giving up on it... but it's on probation.

De-vil is brighter than Cut to Fit. Same family, Cut to Fit is deeper, and more subtle than de-vil

BoA is a good coral type blush that worked on so many people that other coral type blushes normally did not work on. It gives a pretty natural flush on me and being a brown girl who does not blush, I wanted that. I did never got that look from blush before. BoA is a much hyped product like Marine Life was, and I didn't get the allure of Marine Life. There is always one hyped up product that everyone is not going to get.

Oh no you totally made me covet Cut To Fit even more now!

That natural "hot flash"-look like marajode said so accurately, is different for every skin tone I guess. I would imagine on darker skin tones BOA would never imitate that look, just fresh and beautiful. For me it just was a bit too fresh if you know what I mean!

Re: MAC - Venomous Villains discussion

Well I picked up 10 things from the VV collection.

My favorite villian was Maleficent.

I ended up hauling:

The 2 mes
both l/s
the beauty powder and RIS l/g.

Perhaps because this collection reminded me of fall shades: dark and rich colors??

I didn't get anything from Cruella (oops! I have to amend this: I do own Carbon e/s in pan form!) and the only thing I ended up purchasing from Dr. Facilier was the French Quarter greasepaint stick.

From Evil Queen I got:

BoaA blush, Toxic Tale l/s and Strange Potion l/g.

My favorite items: the mes and Violetta and Toxic Tale l/s and BoaA blush.

Oh, and don't forget the beauty powder!

Just the thought of Marine Life makes me squeal. I adore both of mine. It's amazing on me, but of course it's not for everyone. Hey, I was going to buy the damn thing regardless because it looks incredible, but lucky me, it ended up being one of the best things I've bought all year. I'm also glad I caved in on BoA.

Anyone know if any store/counter in NYC still has some stock left? I've decided I want Revenge IS Sweet after all.

Maleficent's products are hands down my favorite followed by Evil Queen.

Mine is just the opposite. Evil Queen with Maleficent's a close second. I like Maleficent's packaging better though.

I'm wearing Her Own Devices again today. I think it's starting to grow on me. Gives me a similar glow to OSF, but in a completely different mood. I felt like it needed to be complimented with a contour and highlight though, which OSF didn't.

Okay ladies, let's have some fun. When it comes to number products purchased, how did your villains score? I'm curious to see if any particular villain dominated.

Cruella: 2
Evil Queen: 2
Maleficent: 2 (was 3, but may go back up if I can find SWD)
Dr. Facilier: 1

I have to say that I loved the eye products from Maleficent, but the cheek products in the Evil Queen were far superior, IMO!

Cruella: 1
Evil Queen: 2 (2 BoA)
Maleficent: 4
Dr. Facilier: 1 (scored PTE at the CCO, cheaper and more product than in the collection)

I think Maleficent was my favorite of the bunch. More of her items were wearable on me and the MES were quite a score.

Re: MAC - Venomous Villains discussion

Cruella: 3 (I own Carbon in pan form)
Evil Queen: 7 (I have two Toxic Tale l/s on the way and I own 3 Bite of An Apple Blushes)
Maleficent: 4 (I have Violetta l/s im regular packaging)
Dr. Facilier: 3 (I have Melon, Brahs & Bold and Push The Edge pigments in the original jars)

So the Evil Queen wins for me!

My favorite is Maleficent, but Cruella is a close second!
