Just got off the phone with Chanel. In the promo image the model is wearing of course the quint and the JC, and the lipstick is Peregrina. She said Jersey Rose is muted and more pink, not bright. Nakkar is definitely raspberry, not coral.

Have we seen these nail swatches before? I don't remember.

Winthrop -- I can't remember where I saw Victoria Beckham wearing that new peach polish. Now that I think about it, maybe it was in a magazine I was looking at? It looked like a gorgeous nude peach. Understated but pretty.

Peach is Pinks sister - it always looks so fresh & lovely! And, if its a good peach it really perks the face up I think.

Well, last night hubby said I could buy all the Chanel I wanted but I am banned from Lowes, Home Depot, Hardware stores & all house redecorating related stores

HHHAHAHAHHAHA that really cracked me up...

my boyfriend is the same way...except for me cookware/bakeware is involved too. We just need to explain the value of our interests better i think...Before I intervened, boyfriend didn't even have a hamper!!! grosss he was throwing his dirty laundry all over the floor and now they are perfectly organized into color-coded boxes...and also the banana bread I make is loved by all his friends, super healthy, and super cheap.... any gifts purchased in these departments for me are gifts that keep on giving endlessly.....

That's great that you like baking! My daughter in law is like that. She is content with any cookware & baking items too. But then, unlike me, she is a great cook. Yummy, I loce Banana bread!

LOL years ago I used to do a lot of baking....well until my hubby got...well you know... a little chubby LOL Wasn't helping me either! No more baking!

I'm almost glad info leaked out on this collection so early because the more time goes on the more control I seem to have over how much I want. My list is getting shorter and shorter which is definately what I need to happen!

I am the same, when I first hear about a collection I think I want everything. Then I narrow it down. I can't believe I only got 2 things from the Spring collection, but they were the only things I *really* wanted (at this point anyways!).
I need to cut it out with the baking. I made peppermint layered brownies -- I had to stick them in the freezer so I wouldn't eat them. I have to make 4 or 5 different goodies so I can take them around to our neighbors. But I must resist eating them!! I am trying to be good until Christmas . . .

Luckily, Espiegle doesn't resemble Reflex too much. If I recall, Reflex was quite frosty, but Espiegle looks quite smooth and a touch more pink.

For Jersey Rose, I think I'd probably have to see more swatches or check it out in person, because I'm much paler than Karen is.

I love baking (and cooking)! All of my family and friends know they have a super easy go-to gift they can get me anytime for any occasion that will totally light up my day: Williams-Sonoma Gift Cards. I LOVE that place. I just got this kick ass Belgian waffle maker for my birthday and I've been experimenting with different recipes every day. To me anything kitchen related is not only a gift for me, but for everyone who might enjoy a bite of something I make. Awesome gifts!

Me too girl! Anything raspberry demands wallet attention. There's just something about that color on the lips that makes everything else look better, love it. I can't wait to get Nakkar!
6 weeks seems like such a long wait, ugh! I will never understand why they wait to release things in different countries...release it everywhere at the same time! Oh well, it'll be a nice post-holidays treat for you.

Oh yes, and the Peacocky disaster will be behind me, thank good. I think I should be looking for a CP, otherwise that collection and then the Chanel Spring after it will break my piggie bank.
Let's hope that Nakkar is properly pigmented

I ended up ordering the blush (and Peregrina, Jersey Rose, Black Pearl and Peche Nacree) last night. So happy to read this morning that the JC is the US formula!

The quad looks alot more appealing to me in Sabrina's pics than it has before...I have a feeling I will get that in the end too!

Thank you so much for this! I am confident in my purchases for Espiegle and Jersey Rose I just died when I saw everything. Just noticed my shipment won't get here until the 22nd. Must be patient!

Yay for Sabrina's pictures, too. I am so happy the blush is the US version -- and I must say I prefer the US version of the quad, too. Looks so much prettier than the other promo pics I have seen where it was in the round pans. I can't wait to hear about the quad from those of you who ordered it!

I LOVE how the blush looks! I was thinking the color might be somewhere close to Nars Orgasm. I had to laugh when she mentioned "Jersey Shore Rose" - was she reading here The red lipstick looks really amazing on.

You know, I keep thinking that pixiewoo used Peregrina ls in the video - its the only peach one, the others say pink??? Any thoughts?

My blush & Quad will be here soon today! Too bad the lipstick will not be here until Monday

Bis -- thanks -- I loved that top, too. And I did see one of the other colors was in my size (and then seriously sold again again in minutes), so I bought another one. I need to get a grip and fast.
Bummer that you have to wait 6 weeks for the collection -- but you will be able to see swatches of everything before you order!

Elegant -- how goes the bathroom remodel? You must show pics of your hard work! I love that your hubby banned you from Lowes LOL!

Color Lover -- how do you make your banana bread healthy?? The peppermint layered brownies aren't too hard. Just a brownie base (I add peppermint extract), then make a peppermint frosting (I make a white frosting but add peppermint extract and crushed candy canes, and then a chocolate glaze on top). OK, maybe that does sound like alot
