Thank you elegant - your pics are GORGEOUS, esp with the pearls! If you sheer out the dark green shadow would you call it a grey green like the model has on in the promo pic (even though they supposedly really used the quint there)?

I just spotted someone selling the Quint on Ebay! For some reason the product is described as 'cream eyeshadows' - I'm not sure whether it's a fake, or whether the seller has copy-pasted the product description from somewhere without realising that they're powder shadows. It's going for $100...

Well, even sheered out it would be a darker grey/black green. It looks just like it does on the models but not scarry - beautiful!

I don't think the consistency seems all that different from Chanel's other quads. Very very soft, but I wouldn't call them creamy.

On the quad, I know that we all feel that we have enough pinks/cream/ivory/beige - but seriously these are quite beautiful & elegant colors in person! I am so happy with them. I just wish my ls would have arrive today.

Stupid me - the creamy is referring to the quint - doh!

Do you have Winter Nights or Murano to compare the dark green too? I'm trying to see a distinct difference between it and Winter Nights and I'm not seeing it yet. It does look so pretty though. I was already totally sold on the blush but you've definately confirmed it ;-) THANKS!

No, I don't have either of those quads to compare it to - sorry. Its not an obvious green - it is a smokey deep grey black with a dark green cast/tinge to it.

The blush is the sweetest healthy looking glowy peachy slight pink on. It does have a little good shimmer to it.

Grr...my order has shipped, but according to UPS, it won't be delivered until Monday! Because I can't get home before dusk, I won't be able to take pics until the following Saturday (which is Christmas)! I love winter, but man it is hard keeping up a blogger this time of year. I have to do all my swatching on the weekend!
