Ugh. Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to talk to MAC customer service to try to figure out what they're doing with this collection. I know that the Canadian site usually does their uploads around 9 a.m., so I'm not going to be too vigilant about checking tonight.

I also don't think I'm going to bother ordering on line, even when it does come on. For some reason, I just found myself massively fed up with Mac about this whole thing. If they want to do this sort of gimmick where they do a limited release, they might at least do their consumers the favour of letting them know what opportunities they'll have to purchase it. I was really looking forward to this, but the idea that Mac expects me to be refreshing my screen every five minutes in the hopes that I might be able to purchase something that I'm not even sure if I really want but am afraid of losing out on... Well, that just grinds my gears.

I love the excitement of new launches. I love going to the store on launch day to try out products myself, so that I can compare them to the ones I've seen the sites I frequent. I do not like the idea that shopping for cosmetics should somehow be stressful. So I'm going to go out on Thursday to my pro store to check out the Peacocky launch and if they happen to be one of the stores that gets this collection and if they just happen to have stock, that's great. If not, so be it. I'll make up a quad for myself from permanent colours I think I'm missing. Or I'll save the money for a later collection. Or I'll spend it on one of the other companies whose products I've been ignoring because I've been bouncing from one Mac launch to another.

I hope that everyone here who gets their items from this collection really, really enjoys them and I look forward to seeing what gorgeous looks you're able to come up with using them.

My MAC stand alone store here in Ottawa just found out they are NOT getting the collection after all. They were under the impression that they would be getting it. They don't even have a dupe list to be able to help customers out if they are interested in this collection.

I just ordered Mehr and I went ahead and got Siahi. Sometimes I want a gel liner even though the mufe aqua eyes pencil is similar. This will be my first try at a fluidline, so I think it's worth it. Overnight shipping. I'm excited. Happy hauling peeps!

Just ordered Mehr and Oomph, standard shipping which means I won't get them until next week, but oh well. I don't really feel like paying extra for shipping at the moment.

I was looking at the concealers, but I was unsure which would be better. In Mac foundations, NC50 is a little too dark but NC45 is a little too light. Maybe the NC45.5? Didn't want to chance it since I can't do store returns for online items.

I just ordered Ivy, Siahi, and Saffron. I skipped Mehr because I think I can get the same look from my Warm Me Up l/s. What is everyone's favorite eyeliner brush? I must get a new brush to go with these sexy e/l's. I have the 266 and the 208...but what about the 209 or the 210?

I would go with 45.5 but I use concealer as a highlight. I probably won't get it b/c of the return factor. I do want Gulabi and Mehr and I have 9 minutes to make up mind before I go to bed.

Well despite my own decision not to buy on line, I did check and, for any Canadian ladies looking to order, items seem to have appeared in their respective sections, with prices, so it does look like you can order now.
