Chanel Summer 2011

Not much... as I don't have that one. But I suppose it will be a neutral rose/beige, with lots-lots- and lots of golden microglitter. I am a bit worried with the formula though, as Morning Rose isn't easy. I realised that the lighter the shade (Riva, Nouvelle Vague, Particuliere) the more difficult to get it right.

Not streaky, more like the polish doesn't attach to the brush enough to get a good drop onto the nail. I experienced the same with Riva and Nouvelle Vague. And when I get enough on my nail it seems kinda patchy when between the 1st and second coat. I'm gonna play with it a bit, let you know. I found out that when applying Riva I need to get een big drop onto the nail and let it run very carefully with the tip of the brush, i hope i can make myself clear (english is not my native language LOL). Thin layers don't work for me with this one, so I will try again.

Corals & Yellows (which I never wear yellow) are so big for summer, that today I bought a pale to med. yellow V neck T shirt & a tangerine colored one. They were more wearable tones for me. So, I ordered Orange Fizz np too.

The bronzers look beautiful! The quad is interesting but it's green again. And they are repromoting the Khaki-Clair duo. I can see the shimmers in the yellow nail polish, very exciting!

I will probably be getting this quad as long as it comes in the US formula. I guess I don't really think of the Spring quad as green.

The quad is beautiful although I need to test that light green first. Maybe mimosa will be a nice choice fot summer toes!

Is it just me or does the quad look a lot like Burmese Beauty from Fabulous Felines? Makes me happy that I won't be lemming it, at least. The yellow nail polish is delicious...

LOVE the lips in the promo even though I do not like the promo look at all.

I really like the looks of the Soleil Tan Bronze Corail, I bet it'll be stunning in the summer months, or now! Also like the sound of Pensee glossimer. Elegant, I'm with ya on the quad, it isn't doing much for me.

I don't think that is the official promo pic, but rather it is from the fashion show. Perhaps I will get Khaki-Clair if I like Taupe-Delicat. I love the look of the bronzer in the pan, with the strips of colours.

I'm guessing the RC Shine, and Boy, are to be released on their own before the summer collection, like the Aqualumiere lipgloss a few years back.

Let me know if you get Khaki-Clair Miss QQ. I tried it but found the light side too white; for me it was too much of a stark contrast with the khaki side.

Thanks, I'll take note of that. Chanel suggests that all the colours in the duos can be used with other duos, so maybe they make the cream lighter to go with other colours. Haven't worn my Taupe-Delicat yet - wonder if I'll be impressed.

I just noticed: here's Dianna Agron in Khaki-Clair! But I can't really see the colours on her lids, to be honest.
