I'm going to put pics in the swatch thread in a few. I also took another pic of Mehr since my lips are in much better condition now.

Oooooohhhh!!!!! Just saw you with Gulabi and you look so hot! I can't believe this, but I haven't tried mine on my lips yet! Just swatched on my arm. I think tomorrow will be a hot pink lipstick day for sure! It's funny, because I've always found the limited or Pro hot pinks to be nicer than GAT, so I've never picked it up.

To me Gulabi looks like a more sophisticated shade of fuchsia but that's only based on swatches.

Shontay, why do you prefer Gulabi over Scandelicious or GAT?

[/quote] I definitely prefer Gulabi over both because of the texture of it. It's so smooth and extremely pigmented. It doesn't turn some funky red or whatever weird thing goes on with GAT. I just don't love it and it's not unique to me at all. Gulabi is the hot pink to end all hot pinks. Scandelicious takes layers to get it the way I want it and it's darker. Gulabi instantly brightens my face and that is always a plus in my book.

No - velvet teddy is a close dupe of Yash l/s - just a little deeper.darker. HTH.

dang. so is there a matte or satin dupe for Mehr in the perm line? it doesn't have to be exact or anything. not an amplified finish, its gotta be satin or matte for me...sigh

Try calling the PRO store on Robertson in Los Angeles - they may still have Mehr. I went for a backup of Yash yesterday and the MA said that Mehr was the only one thay had left.

I do not have Play It Proper or Gana but they both appear to be pretty as highlighters. Can anyone comment as to how they compare?

I'm NC15 and I do have NARS Albatross if either of these are close. Thanks.

I have both and they aren't the same in colour at all. Play It Proper it a cool pale pink sheen and Gana is a light champagne sheen. I think Albatross in more of a white gold from pictures I've seen. I have swatches in the swatch threads for both collections. Hope this helps!

lots of people said they were very similar but i think that from swatches i saw gana was a touch more frosty in finish.

I'd go for Play It Proper. It is a pretty, very light cool pink. Gana is definitely more gold in tone than Albatross and, to my eye, Albatross is nicer. Here's a link to Temptalia with a picture of them both together:

I also love Play it Proper - I backed it up. Katred is right on - it gives such a gorgeous glow without being obvious. This for me is an HG highlighter.......

I'm still awaiting my MC goodies - they tried to deliver them Tuesday but no one was home to sign for them, and the weather has prevented or delayed UPS from delivering them the last 2 days. I am SO SICK of SNOW!!!! 4 feet and counting......

Disappointed! I just got a call from my MAC S.A. that they are not going to carry this collection here in Hong Kong.... Argh... Is this true?! Was it released internationally??
