The site is slowing down a ton right now. People know!

Mac has perfect timing releasing this collection. When the snow storm hits, everyone stuck inside will have nothing else to do but shop online.

We all lose our minds a bit when we see things on line. If you feel you need to wait to see things in person, do so... Yeh, I totally agree. I came on here and saw that it was up online and my head stated spinning. I was just freaking out that I couldn't get it to pull up. And then I put the blush in my cart and a few moments later it took it out and away from me. At last I was able to order with the help of the Mighty Specktra Lovlies.

I was sitting here way past my bedtime, having insomnia, something said, "check out specktra

" and then I had to make a mad dash for the mac site.
I haven't even seen any swatches, truly, I was going into this blind. I ordered Golden Lariat and Mighty Aphrodite (which does make for my decision to not get Ripe Peach, but like everything Mac-most things come back, whoopee for me!).

I am so happy right now. I should go back for the other MSF b/c I think that Golden Lariat might be orange on me. I am rocking yellow and orange undertones sometimes oranges on cheeks make me look like Speaker John Boehner oompa loompa.

Edit: I ordered Pink Power. I couldn't sleep without getting it. Jeebus, I have a problem.

I almost fell off my chair when I came on specktra and seen that wonder woman was up. I was also planning on skipping this collec, but I couldn't help myself. I missed out on ripe peach, so I feel I needed MA. I also got Marquise'd. I was LMAO at alot of the posts. It's funny how crazy we get when a collec launches.

I was looking at my order again and what I find funny is that I ended up ordering things that I hadn't even contemplated before:

Amazon Princess- I always liked the look of Band of Roses, but never bought it. (Ironically, BoR is still available on the Canadian site...)
Heroine- It's the one thing that really intrigued me from the swatches
Spitfire- It's different enough
Army of Amazons- This is the one thing I basically always had on my list

I ordered the eye brush set, the mirror, and marquise'd. The rest I have pre-ordered with Nordies. I was informed they wouldn't be getting the brushes and possibly the mirror (not sure why on that one), So I took no chances and ordered them right away. Thank baby jesus that our computer came back to life today! (we went 2 days without it! It was awful! lol)

Where is the t-shirt at though??

So I went and ordered Amazon Princess even though I think it looks like Band of Roses. I spent about $133.00 on this collection. I would feel bad but I havent bought anything from mac since I went crazy for the In The Groove Collection except one eyeshadow from the Mickey Contractor collection.

That's why I didn't order it. Temptalia also compared it to New Vibe as well. And I spent about that much too on this collection. I didn't buy anything from MAC since VV I think so I'm good. I was up in the Sephora many times though so...

When was this collex supposed to be released?

I'm booked for a WW event next week but when I stumbled on this thread last night and saw that it had launched on-line I went ahead and ordered the Golden Lariat msf.

The one blush looks like Band of roses, as people have already noted, so I passed on that one.

Does the other blush look like Ripe Peach which I missed?

If it does I will go back and place an order.

I was all for getting the t-shirt, but it's nope it's not on the site. Perhaps it was just a rumor???

oh sneaky pete, I can't believe this came out early. I had to do a panic order with rapid decisions,not my usual hemming and hawing. I may have to do a Peacocky and go haul again if stuff doesn't sell out.

I won't regret not getting any of the quads because the color pay off sucks. I've saved 40 bucks.
