Mighty Aphrodite is straight up a cheek only blush. Swatching on the hand does no justice for it!

You know what about this collection... It was just perfect for a small haul. A little bit of WW was all I needed! Got the comic strip in the mail, love the art on the packaging. All good!

i am wearing pink power today. it's actually rea\lly nice. i feared that the brown section may be too dark for me as a contour but actualy when buffed out it is ok

yay i got confirmation that my tote shipped!

and i wore spitfire and athena's kiss tonight at my birthday dinner and it was FIERCE!!! i'm going to post a pic tomorrow but i'll probably end up rocking another look with it tomorrow afternoon at my aunt's wedding so i'll be posting pics yaaaay!

I find the bag to be very durable. I stuffed it to the max today. It suddenly got hot around here, so I had to throw my sweater and my peacoat in there. Yeah, it held up. Like I said before, though, it's like a cloth material and since the base of it is a very light color, it could stain easily.

I wish the tote was available here and of course not to expensive

I am so glad everyone loves MA & AP!! I adore them both on. They may be 2 of the prettiest blush colors on that MAC has done.

I convinced myself i didn't need MA or AP, but now i want them again! Why did you have to say this?!

Thanks so much ladies! I didn't even end up going out because I came down with a fever, headache and chills... and I woke up at 2:30 in the morning thinking I had swallowed a vat of nail polish!! Literally, that is what I was thinking in my delusional state. Must have spent too much time looking at NP swatches yesterday! I ended up throwing up but hadn't eaten anything, so it was basically bile and blood - so scary!!! At least I looked pretty...I had fallen asleep with my makeup still on!

You're so cute. Well, I honestly really really love how they look - how they make your skin look. They are just really beautiful colors on. I have sooo many blushes, but these 2 I just love. They would look lovely on you.

Jenn- You look beautiful! AP really works on you. I'm loving it myself although I agree that, yes, it takes a light hand on a fair complexion, but it's worth the added caution. I figure that given the size of the blush and the small amount that's needed, I'll have this for the rest of my life... So if anyone wants to find me in 30 years, I'll be the crazy old broad with a house full of cats and vibrant pink cheeks.

Well, I don't have cats but could still qualify as a crazy ol broad with pink cheeks & pants

OH, and about AP. Mine came yesterday. I was out getting school work for my daughter who has tonsilitis, and whose birthday is tomorrow. Yay. (she's doing some better today tho). The UPS guy came and my husband intercepted the package. He's been getting a kick out of seeing what Wonder Woman is arriving at our door these days.

AP is more wearable on me that Band of Roses. I don't know why, but I'm going with it. I really like it on. (however, I LOVELOVE MA the most!)
And I love Play it Proper high on cheekbones with AP. Holy Frijoles.
I have to agree with you Elegant. I'm more happy with these 2 blushes than I would have ever thought.


Also, Emancipation arrived with AP. I am surprised. I was kind of expecting about the same as Devilishly Stylish, but Emancipation is pinker on me, and is more than just clear shimmer

It's what I wanted DS to be. I'm quite happy with it.


I don't know if it was because I've been thinking about Gaga2 or what, but this morning, after dreaming of all kinds of nudie colors (lips), I woke up and wanted to use Emancipation over Peachstock, which is not one of my best friends.
This is the first time that I like Peachstock. Really like. The pink in Emancipation tones down the unflattering tones in Peachstock, to give me a nude, neutral nude. Seriously, I'm kinda excited. I'm gonna try Emancipation over Brave New Bronze in a bit.



And hahahaha about catlady with vibrant cheeks.

I've actually thought of that in the past, how I'll be cat and dog lady, but a well makeuped one at that.

If mommie and ms. elegant are saying i need these, then i really need these! What else do i need, Pink Power is also a definite on my list. I'm thinking about Valiant and Lady Justice quads. I do have Deep Truth, but i love blues and i also love greens. Of course i need one of these coloured mascara's, maybe two. I'm also thinking about Spitfire, a part of me wants it for the packaging

I haven't even been able to see PP yet as my counter is still waiting to get it in. I would highly recommend MA for you - you would look so lovely in that color.

I wore MA - just the lighter peachy side all up the cheek then used the coral side very lightly over the apples of my cheeks - soooo pretty & fresh looking.

ok pink power is 100% a winner for me! dispite not loving it when i got it i actually wore it today. and one of my work mates girlfriends kept commenting on how radient i looked today and that i looked lovely! this is the only thing i was wearing different on my face! so yay for looking radient!

I have to say that I hadn't the least interest in PP at first, because of that big brown arc in the middle, but then I swatched it and I was amazed and how soft and subtle it becomes when combined with the two other lovely colours. Of course, by the time I realised I wanted it, it was sold out everywhere. Luckily, the Canadian web site got it so late that I was able to order it on line... I actually ordered both MSFs, since I figure GL is like nothing I own, it swatched surprisingly nicely on my hand and if it really doesn't work, I can return it or sell it...

yes i am the same! i thought the brown would be way too much for me but it's not at all! and it was so easy to blend out. and yeah i love how so many people were going to skip! mac always gets to you!!! i am lucky that i stuck to my small list! 4 items is good i think now i just have to keep jeanious to one item only!! that is my test!
