Big Bow is a tiny bit gritty, but I can deal w/ it b/c it's gorgeous. I think the key is not to layer too much.

lol! true! i want a bigger upper lip so yup we all want something we don't have! and big bow is a stunner! i love it too. the grit annoys me though, i feel like i'm exfoliating my lips when i wear it! lol!

Just came in to sing the praise of Ultra Darling as well. What a gorgeous shade for spring. I also love the formula on this, most lipsticks that are this moisturizing aren't super pigmented but these are. I will be purchasing more in the future *gazes adoringly at her tube of Ultra Darling*

i bought good to be bad, and i just slapped it on...i mean, i had a mirror of course, but, no lip brush or liners... i was pretty happy with the results. i have smallish lips, but the size of the lipsticks wasn't much of a problem.

That's the biggest problem for me with these - I don't think you can slap them on. They are so soft and so pigmented, I think they will go on too strong and messy. These don't seem to be the kind of colour that you can put on without looking... like a lip balm or gloss.
What does everyone else think?

exactly! that is why i am so impressed with these babies! the pigmentation is awesome!

I bought Full Speed and while I love the colour, I find that if I apply it straight from the tube, it tends to build up with quite obvious lines of product being visible on my lips. Also, I find the shape of these make them difficult to work with when applying to my upper lip, so a lip brush will be necessary for me. I prefer my products to be hassle free, so that's a bit of a disappointment.

If you love to be creative with your makeup - I highly recommend Supremely Confident!!!!

It is not like Fleshpot as stated on another site nor is it like concealer on the lips. Its a very soft light Pretty Please kind of color.

So I used SC first lightly, then applied a light application of Spitfire (WW) on my bottom lip, then smooshed lips together - it made THE most beautiful subtle light Orchid Lavender color. The possibilities would be endless.LOVE it

I'm also thinking that Acid Washed ls will have a similar effect but with some shimmer

I was going to get Full Speed yesterday but I don't know if it was the lighting or something but it looked SCARY orange to me! I think I'll try it on when I go to MAC this week.

I finally got Ultra Darling and I absolutely love it! I was wearing this shade today under Nymphette lipglass (finally bought it yesterday!) and have to say - best combo ever!

Hopefully I like it when I see it again on Tuesday, It looked great on Karen from makeupandbeautyblog, I really would love a colour like that, it seems perfect for summer!
