Chapped lips and chunky mascara are in for this Fall? Man, I'm gonna save a ton of money... Cheap mascara wands and zero skin care!Even if we've seen this - Epatant es - its worth another look. All of their lips looked dried & cracked to me

LOL on those models with the chapped lips! That would drive me nuts! I make sure even my 3 girls always have multiple lip balms -- I can't stand to see chapped lips. My daughter told me yesterday "um, Mom, I have 11 chapsticks".
I can't wait for the rest of Sabrina's reviews. I am dying to see if the quad is a must have or not. I haven't ordered anything because we are going out of town, and I don't want to risk my package sitting on the porch for a while. I'll have to order when I get back or maybe I can hit up a Nordstrom while we're traveling -- I hope they all have the fall collection by next week!

I don't know how they manage to use such great make up on such young girls and still manage to make them look homely. I guess they want the focus on the clothes. The only thing appealing there is seeing the eyeshadows.

@Shontay - I was under the impression that Teheran was only perm in Canada and Europe. I'm pretty sure it was limited availability in the US (I read that somewhere but cannot remember where). Anyway, Teheran was my first RC 1.5 years ago and 6 RC's later it is still my fave. It's a beautiful shimmery pinky coral. I also have a soft spot for it as I was born in Tehran 
I cannot wait for this fall collection any longer! I think I'm going on no-buy until this and Nars Fall are released. I'm not buying makeup that much this year anyway so it should not be too hard

Yeah, it's listed as limited edition on the Chanel site. They keep saying it's on backorder, but I doubt it'll ever come back. Unfortunately, I didn't know about it until I stumbled upon Temptalia's review. I can't even find it on Ebay. I'd be willing to pay a little extra for it. :sigh:

So I went to play with the Fall collection.
I got the quad, blush, glossimer in Pampille (the lighter color), rouge Coco in Plumetis (lighter color) and Quartz polish.
I love eveything and it is a beautiful look.
I was not planing to get any of the cream shadows in the jars, but I played with them and they are beautiful, however they give very similar look than Les Perles palette from Spring. I loved the Epatant color and tried it on me and maybe I will go back to get it, it is just they were a bit too shimmery for my taste, I think Les Perles are bit more sophisticated looking. Regarding pigmentation, these were good, they are not sheer to me, but keep in mind that I prefer more subtle wearable looks and dont own any MAC so my standarts of comparison might differ. Epatant is beauful, almost more goldish/greenish version of Granite. I tried looks with Epatant as well as Prelude quad and liked the Prelude better.
Re quad: it is really hard to tell with no daylight but I think it is more on the matte/satin side. The darkest color is definitelly matte and is quite pigmented. The only shimmery color is the highligh. I like a lot the second lightest color (in the left hand bottom corner) but actually this one is no so pigmented. I need to play with it more but I like it a lot for now.
Rose Ecrin is very nice warm pinkish nudish color, I was thinking it would be similar to Nars Douceur, similar terms but Nars is more brown. It is gorgeus.
Lips: the glossimer is sheer, more sheer than the summer glossimers, but I dont have any clear glosses so I got it. Plumetis is beautiful nude color which just enhances my lips. Braise is also very nice.
Got only one polish, Quartz, but will go back for Graphite.
Didnt like Peridot, it is actually like brassy gold. I looked at the swatch also outside on daylight and it was still brassy gold, the greenish dimension like on the promo pics was not there.

Left side quad and Rose Ecrin on the bottom. Right side top on left Plumetis Ls, on right is ans Eliis Faas gloss which was part of the GWP, full size. Glossimer on the bottom. Actually Rose Ecrin and Plumetis are identical colors.

No idea, I didnt ask about blush.
But SA said that the cream shadows are perm. However, lots of time girls here have better info than Chanel so I would not trust to anything SA says.
