GOSH DARNNIT I'm just gonna go ahead & order faux gold already! with your pics & elegant's, I'm totally convinced now! lol! I'm loving the eye look btw

Ive put them for swap in case somebody likes these, but check out the purple on unsurpassable. I had no clue it had purple in it untill i got this one. My other one had none hahha variability of veining is kinda crazy.



jade's fortune and i will never get along, apparently. the first one was 60% yellow, and this one... has little navy, which is the one i wanted. I have blue sheen but they r quite different.

the inner corner's smokey part with smoked ruby is hardly noticable in pic but this weird possitioning of shadows is pretty interesting and sexy

I actually did use some stuff from my haul... I did a soft purple kinda smokey eye. Nothing too crazy. I used Golden Gaze and Hint of Sapphire with some violet pigment and the purples from Peacocky. Then used Briar Rose b/p with Crystal Pink msf over it. And my beloved Playtime l/s. I am SO upset I didnt get a backup. I wear it all the time.

disappointed to hear that Mac has moved their brush making plant to China.I DEFINITELY will not spend so much on MIC brushes

Finally got my package with my items that I CP'd. Gem of Roses is a very pretty pink, and the other ones I got were One of a Kind and Looks like Sin. I'm on the fence about these. They're gorgeous, go on like a dream, but I expected them to be more pigmented on my lips. Perhaps I already have very pink lips, I don't know... but they were more on the sheer side on me, and the lipsticks worked more as nudes than anything. Looks Like Sin I already expected to be sheer.
So definitely love them, but not what I was expecting at all.

When it comes to the MES with veining I always give my customers a couple options so they can select which one they want, this collection especially!

I have started using my mes with colour bases and holy moly batman I thought I loved them before and now they have just been taken to a new level! Today I went for a subtle rainbow look (if there is such a thing!) I put rollickin paint pot on the lid, layered clarity dry on the inner two thirds and clarity wet on the outer third. I lined the upper lash line with mac super slick blue liner and lower lash with ud ransom pencil Piarpreet- what bases did you use under rare find and which brought out the purple the most?

I got the most beautiful Faux Gold ever. I couldn't have picked a better one myself. It has a thick coral veining and two blobs or burgundy. On the the other hand, my 4th BU of Goldstone has little-to-no burgundy in the nipple, but it will be o.k. given that I probably have enough GS to bronze a small village. I'm still glad I got it though as my f/s had sold the last one this weekend.

I'm sure you will. I keep my fingers crossed. I wouldn't be too concerned about the veining of FG as the base color is very pretty in itself. FG is probably one of the few shades that is safe to order online without viewing it in person.
