I'm I the only one that cannot wear either Peachstock or Myth

I watered my flower gardens & then weeded yesterday

I thought that I was going to melt. Dumb idea but can't let my pretty flowers wilt.

I've got Myth too, and I never wear it. I've no clue how to make it work.

i can't wait to try it. I have Viva Glam Gaga 2 Lipstick & it's awful on me. I always have to alter it to make it work. I hope peachstock is better

I can't say this enough!! My mom called to tell me she almost passed out because of the heat. Please drink plenty of water and stay indoors and cool if you can.

I think of all the collections that are coming out for Fall I'm looking foward to this one the most.

I'm with you katred! It's around 103f in NYC. My apt. is a sweltering sauna. My kitties are laid out on the floor. My a/c isn't strong enough. I had to lug out my old/huge fan just to try to get a little relieve. It sucks! I am trying to comb my kitties with some cold water, but I think I'm making them feel worse. I will leave them alone. No make-up for me today. I sweat too much to even try and put anything on in the summer. Even my 30spf moisturizer melts off me. Going to the beach tomorrow and hoping for some much needed rain for next week. This has got to be one of the worst summers in years for me. Stay cool everyone and make sure you stay hydrated.

Just over 100 here. Compared to yesterday, which peaked around 113, it feels comfortable. I'm still not going to any long walks. My main priority now is keeping the cats comfortable. Decided to eschew mascara and eye makeup today, which I almost never do. Wasn't into that urban smudgy look thing.

One thing that occurred to me and, of course, there won't be an answer for a while: I wonder how Prince Noir will compare to Mac's "Sin", which is a perm colour. It's also an ultra-dark purple colour.

Thing with the heat in NYC is my mom told me its about 100% humidity. UGH!

It was 105 here today! Ugh! I've been in hotter weather down in Florida but here--not that much prepared for intense heat. Actually was 1/2 to work and realized my kitties didn't have fresh water! My poor old SUV was trying to hard to keep up blasting the A/C but she's slowly dying. I have to buy a new SUV and don't want to think how that will cut into the beauty budget.

Anyways, back to this collection.

I really can't wait to see what Avenue looks like. I need to see swatches because if it doesn't beat the combo of my #1 and #11 MUFE Aqua creams, there's no need for me to get it. Prince Noir looks really close to Rebel so I'll probably skip that. Peachstock I'll skip as I can't do neutral lips.

Everyone keeps complaining about the hot weather!! UUHH! we haven't even got summer here yet (which has never, ever happened) It was only 18 today...I think that's about 65 F?! I NEED SUN! I even switched over all of my make-up in anticipation for 40+ (tinted moisturizer, cream shadows, bronzers & blush...) all for NOTHING! I would kill for some ridiculous hot weather..

I even switched over all of my make-up in anticipation for 40+ (tinted moisturizer, cream shadows, bronzers & blush...) all for NOTHING! I would kill for some ridiculous hot weather..

I find both of these posts amusing because a few years ago visited Vancouver and the UK (London) for hopes of cooler weather only to be surprised by higher than normal temps. I was like WTH?!?!?

Vancouver is GORGEOUS..I have a view of the mountains & the ocean..but it is ridiculously expensive (one of the most expensive places to live in the world) MAC & Sephora both have a 12% tax, makes my addiction a bit harder to afford on the bright side today, the sun is shining & it going to be 23! haha! TO THE BEACH!

Peachstock is a no got for me but I love the color.

As far as heat, we usually have temps over 100 but surprisingly this week hasn't been out of the 90's and we always have low humidity. I feel for all of you in more humid climates.
