i think MAC got tired of bloggers saying they r bad products that they dont send out info as easily. Mac-guy pointed out how bad flightly collex, and semi precious were graded

Do CCBs crack as badly as paint pots?

Not really. P/p are cream-to-powder finish, whereas CCB stay emollient (which is the reason why they can easily crease on the lid). The advantage is that they don't dry out as fast as p/p. Are you planning on getting some CCB?

I went to Bloomingdales today and saw the shadow duo from Cinematics out. Didn't get to play, but they looked really good. I might get a couple. Anyway, the MUA told me about their Mac Me Over event and asked if I was interested. I could throw down $50 and get products. You guys know that deal. I declined, though. I need to brush up on my info because I couldn't remember if this collection had enough stuff that interested me. I don't have energy for events anymore. I'd actually prefer to just stalk the site. That's my fun.

I do like events, though only if I am really interested in the collection and if it's led by a senior MUA rather than just the "regular" staff (not that they are less talented, but I can consult them without having to register for the event).
LOL, events would be so pointless for me to go to. I'd just wanna get my stuff and get the hell out. XD
That's always what I do. I don't waste time at all. I've been to several and my Mac is the size of a broom closet. I do love that store, though. Plus, I take public transit and in the evening, I just wanna get back home.
See, that's my problem. I couldn't remember if this collection was the one I really wanted to see. I'm going to find the info on it now. Plus, if I'm going to do a Mac event, I'd rather go to the actual store rather than a counter because the manager and employees know me. I just went into bloomies because it was so close to the entrance I used and I didn't feel like going upstairs. :haha:

Yup, I meant an event at a f/s store rather than a counter. I hardly ever go to counters anyway, only if the f/s store has sold out.

ahah nope, I though that after the launch of the collection they planned what to repromote in the future because of what sold out first or something ... ^^

i am definitely excited that the 226 is being repromoted again, this will probably be the only product that i will be getting from this collection though...
