I have to wait until Thursday to buy more, at least it will be a big haul. Still debating on whether or not I should get Genuine Treasure and Treasure Hunt.

oh wow! such a stunning look you created!I did this look on a client at work the other day using some of the new Paint Pots.
Treasure Hunt from lash line to brow and Half-Wild on the lid. I also used Violet and Kitschmas Pigments, Plumage and Ricepaper Eyeshadows, Blacktrack Fluidline, and #36 Lashes. Treasure Hunt and Half-Wild were two of the Paint Pots that I actually bought for myself from the collection, and if I had eyes as gorgeous as this girl's, I would be recreating this on myself!

I have no shame in the enabling game. I just received my Half Wild and even at twice the price from evilbay (I lost hope of finding it or a restock from MAC) I am thinking this the HG, Mother of all purples base for purple looks. It is a must. Snag it while you still can. I would have to hand in my team purple membership card if I did not convince you to get it...

Yes Prettypackages, I have the Purple Velvet one and it's different from Half Wild PP. Purple Velvet is darker, and it doesn't have the slight irridescence that HW seems to have, especially in the sun. I didn't see that pretty slight shimmer until it was actually on my lids. It's just a slight shimmer, not a frost. And PV doesn't have the slight reddish violet tone that HW has. They're quite different. Two different types of purple. Sorry to enable.

Don't think that I'm not grateful for these new paint pots because I absolutely love the great new shades but imagine how great it would've been had MAC included a lush, Humid e/s green type paint pot in this collection. OMG!

I have not been addicted to a MAC collection since Peacocky! Treasure Hunt will be my fifth paint pot from this collection lol
i wish they were but i am pretty certain they are just le.

) But I have a theory on this "restocking"!
It would have made absolutely no sense for MAC to release limited edition items knowing that they could still make more money by having more stock...
So, perhaps, they have 100 Half-Wild pp (an example!) and they release 60% of the stock at first- knowing that ebay sellers, hoarders and people that keep up with the release dates of new collections will buy right away. Then, a few days later they release the other 40% for late comers and people that are not "always in the know".
I say this, because when the Bloggers collection sold out, and was restocked all of my "new" items were with the old date on them
So, it's not like they are feverishly making new product, they are just holding on to some at the beginning....
