Thanks so much for this comparison of Famous vs Rouge Byzantin. For some reason I missed this yesterday! I see what you're saying about Famous maybe being more wearable for some/not as "in your face".

^:) Famous is totally a wearable red & very pretty on. Its not like RB on the lips or in texture, sheen etc. The texture of Famous is softer , sheerer & very easy to smoosh a sheer application. I loved it on my lips a lot.

Good Heavens, I just ordered the Sweet Beige gloss late yesterday & chanel shipped it already & it will be here Friday

Something weird is happening to the site this morning - its refreshing & sending me back to like page 3 or 7 :(

Thanks for all the sweet comments about the pics!

It was really dark & cloudy here this morning again so... But I just realized since the pic upload has changed - click on the pics & they enlarge (I'm prolly the only one that didn't catch that) & you can see all the gorgeous gold shimmer.

Elegant, I love you, thanks for all the swatches and comparisons :) But, my wallet is mad. Very mad. At you, sorry, but I thought you should know. It might become desperate and get in contact with the mob or any such organization. Just letting you know. In advance. So you have time to amp up your security and such things. I was really hoping that with some mor swatches my list would shrink, but it did not. Keeping Empire off with a stick did not help either, especially after Elegant mentioned strawberry pink *sigh* I am doomed. Thanks for all your swatches and reviews girls. Much appreciated. :)

Elegant -- the Laque is so pretty. I am so bummed all of these fabulous lip products are LE! I may have to try to scoop of Empire at some point

I can't believe you'll be getting Sweet Beige tomorrow! It takes like 5-6 work days for my Chanel packages to arrive. I love it when they do the free 2 day shipping.
Thank you for all of your pics -- they are so lovely! Hmmm, I may have to put some of these on a Christmas list for my hubs . . . (like Beige Lame and Empire).

Has anyone tried the loose powder -- Feerie?

I disagree with her review of the highlighter - I do not do frosty & it is not frosty. Its not a heavy highlighter & I only did one swipe & it showed up. It is a beautiful very soft finely milled slight iridescent soft glow but yet made my skin look perky, youthful & beautifully highlighted. I don't do in your face makeup. A couple of the Chanel MUA said it was lovely on darker skin as well.

Thanks! I am curious about the Feerie Powder too - is that like Fairy Powder?

Wonder what the translation is. I love how all the products are so complimentary of each other in this collection. The Empire Laque should be permanent imo I love the color, but they need to do a pinkier rose colored one.

I love the sound of it! It sounds like a gorgeous finishing powder. And yes to the rosier laques

Does anyone own both of the latest Tweed Blushes? I would love to see a swatch of them side by side. I don't trust the lighting at our local Nordstroms. they make everything look different. The Holiday one looked orange on my skin and the pink one looked completely washed out. I am sure neither are quite like that on me. I would appreciate any swatching for these!!

LOL, I wonder what their definition of darker skin is as it was terribly chalky on me. I do agree with the pixiwoo review that it was frosty as well and required some buildup...so I think the highlighter is best for the paler ladies.

Yeah, who knows :) It probably also depends on ones own skin, preference & lighting too.

Sabrina has a great review with comparison swatches . . .

Tweed Brun Rose is so much prettier than I had imagined! I wonder how Tweed Rose compares to Rose Petale JC??

Oh dear. I love them both. I don't have much in the way of peach blushes either. And that pink is so soft and lovely looking. Hmm.... Tempted yet again!

So about hoarding. Right now I own about 100 blushes, not counting bronzers, shimmers, MSF's, powders, and backups. I hope these have a long shelf life. Please say I am not the only one doing this? Please?
