msqq.. I did see the blush live and in person.. it is gorgeous. it has the pink stripes and the middle stripe is a peachy shade so that when blended it comes out a gorgeous natural flush of pinky peachy (the IT shade for spring!)..

yes Winthrop I did see it applied on skin.. not mine, but others. It is a gorgeous colour.

I do hope it is not a country exclusive .. grr.

elena, enjoy the trip.. and get one of those trick carry on bags that can grow to the size of the cargo.. lol. That is what i have and I love it.

OH CRAP. Oh crap oh crap oh crap. My four favorite shade ranges--orange, plum, coral, and gold---all in ONE collection?! I die (as does my wallet)!

Definite YES:
-Poudre Universelle Compacte - Jasmin
-Les Quatre Ombres - Eclosion
-Ombre Essentielle - Tiger Lily
-Rouge Coco Shine - Flirt
-Glossimer - Petillant
-Le Vernis - May (not really my color, but I'm a May baby so it's going in the cart.)

Maybes:
-Stylo Yeux Waterproof - Grenat (maybe if it's a shimmery plum, would probably pair well with the quad)
-Rouge Cocos: Destinee (if it's more red-plum than purple-plum), Chalys (depends on how orange it is and if it'll show up on me), Paradis (have to see how it compares to Enivree)
-Le Vernis - June (the month I was actually supposed to be born in. Love the color but wonder if it can be duped.)

So going by current US prices I'm already looking at $216 for just my definite wants. >_< Dammit. Time to start scraping together my change and squat on whatever Christmas money I get.

Hi Almus, how are you? How are your studies coming along? And yes, chocolate is a must. I love dark chocolate and unusual chocolate combinations. Last time I tried chocolate with grains of salt inside. Sounds really weird, but it tastes quite interesting, and not nasty.

Thank you for all your lovely wishes, but I still have a few months to wait before the trip And of course I'll share my impressions with you I am not sure if I will be buying a lot at Singapore duty-free, because the prices seem to be somewhat higher than in Europe, so I'll be mainly after Asian exclusives in cute little bags with pink writing and such.

I also got a bit scared by the prices of the Spring collection, but then realized it was a Canadian website. Are cosmetics generally more expensive in Canada, Kate? I know Mac definitely is :/

Poudre Universelle Compacte in Jasmin looks beautiful, I'm still new to Chanel, what kind of powder is it? Is it just a setting powder or highlighting powder?

Poudre Universelle Compacte in Jasmin looks beautiful, I'm still new to Chanel, what kind of powder is it? Is it just a setting powder or highlighting powder?

I imagine it's a setting powder, but adds more of a glow effect due to the shimmer. I have a non-shimmery poudre universelle compacte and it's pretty mattifying.

Yay that Chanel is still using my favorite model! She is gorgeous! Boo that the prices are going to increase again! I want the blush, the pink RC Paradis, the nps, and maybe the quad and eyeliner. The quad looks like a peachier kaska beige.
