Chanel Spring 2012 collection

So far it's mostly at Macys counters. I think it will be up on Chanel soon though.

Hmm....Do all Macy's carry Chanel? I can't even remember seeing a counter there! I hope so, after the whole fiasco with Nordstrom. Does anyone know if Lord and Taylor also carries Chanel Makeup?

My close Macys doesn't have a counter either.

Debi -- my Macy's doesn't have a Chanel counter, either. You can try Neiman Marcus or Saks Fifth Ave online (not sure when they are getting it in). I have noticed that Macy's online takes much longer than in store to get the collections. Hopefully Chanel.com gets it soon!

Thanks! I will have to check our local Macy's but I am pretty sure I would have seen it. Then again this time of year everything is so crowded in that it is hard to find things tucked in little corners and some of the makeup sections are well hidden by clothing racks placed in odd spots! It is like a maze! I definitely wish Chanel was a bit easier to come by...like in a Sephora, for example, or at least online with them. Wouldn't that be nice!

My Macy's has a counter and the Lord and Taylor half an hour away has one too, so check both.

My Lord &Taylor has also Chanel counter.

This weekend (until Wednesday) they have 10% off sale valid on makeup and frangrances also. If you dont have a coupon usually they are kind enough to scan one for you if you ask.

I am going to haul the collection.

Was at the mall today and nope, no Spring 2012 at my Nordies or Macy's. Got to try on Chalys and I still can't bring myself to like the Rouge Coco formula, I just can't. >_< Ah well, more room/money saved for me to pick up some perm stuff. Looks like my list is down to just Tiger Lily and Flirt.

I got to see the pamphlets for their special May collection (forgot the name of it, it's the one where the Jeans polishes are being released) and also the Summer 2012 collection. WHOA is there a lot of Rouge Coco Shines being released! I think between the two upcoming collections there's going to be around 5+ new Shines released. Not an Allure in sight, but the Shines make up for it. Unfortunately I don't remember much of the May collection outside of the Jeans polishes and some neutral RCs and RCS.

Couldn't take any pics but the Summer 2012 collex is going to be killer if you like gold and orange/coral as the theme is bright orange, brown, and gold. There's two BEAUTIFUL bronzers being released, one gold/beige/brown and one rose/beige/brown. There's a brown eyeshadow duo, a peachy-gold-bronze liner, an electric orange/coral RCS (described as "intense coral" vs Flirt's "soft coral") along with two others I can't remember, bronze and orange glossimers, and three nps in bright orange/coral, beigey-brown, and shimmering bronze. Seems like 2012 is going to be the year of the coral. o.o

^^ Thanks for the update! I'm anxious to see the new summer bronzers -- can it top our beloved Rose Bronze?? Bummer there are no Rouge Allures. I love the look of the Shines -- I wish they lasted longer on me. At the rate Chanel is going, we'll have the summer collection by February!

Words cannot do the new bronzers justice--they're much, MUCH more beautiful than last years' and should NOT be missed.I do remember that the new bronzers have many more lines than last year's bronzers, I think 6-8. I think they're more expensive too, around $60 this time.

and i shall be buying the blush from the collection. it looks really pretty and i also like the design on it! the rest of the items i am not that fussed on. all very pretty but i can only pick one thing!

Wow, wow, wow! Can't believe Spring is starting to trickle in to the counters already. I am just now catching up on this thread but for me the definite list items are the blush and the April n/p of course. Can't resist seeing my name on anything from Chanel. The pics so far look gorgeous. Spring/Summer collections usually aren't my cup of tea but I like the looks of this one.

I've been checking the Chanel website for the spring collection, and it showed up last night -- along with the Knightsbridge collection from Harrods!!! What a wonderful surprise!

I wasn't able to order last night because the site kept deleting Spring and Knightsbridge products from my cart, but they fixed it and it's working fine this morning. I bought Hyde Park and Chelsea glossimer. I already had Brompton Road, which I dearly love. Still haven't placed my order for spring (Knightsbridge put a dent in my budget), but Ernie's swatches have been most helpful in narrowing down my list.
