Eff!!!! I just got home, and they gave me Party Parrot instead of Pink Pigeon :-(

I should have checked before I left the store, as they were very busy at the time..

They still have Pink Pigeon, and they're holding it for me. It's still a pain to go back, and I have to pay for parking :-(

Tx for the swatches Richelle! I like Pink Pigeon waaay better than CYY. PP looks deeper and not as bright. CYY is a beautiful neon pink, but I look clownish with it on. I mix it with a lighter color when I decide to attempt to wear it. Flamingo is making my heart beat such a gorgeous color. Both Party Parrot & Scarlet Ibis look amazing also. For some reason I keep looking at Party Parrot as if I'm in love with it before I even receive it and wear it. It looks like a fruit punch color to me.

Yeah, I went all neutral on my face. But it was scarey bold! I think I just need to get used to it. I'll give your rec a try, since wearing it out at night would probably work! I sure hope I can "rock it!' It really is pretty! Thanks for the vote of confidence!

Definitely pair it with a neutral eye and blush. And maybe wear it for an evening out at first to get used to it? I'm sure you can rock it!

It did make me smile everytime I looked in the mirror! Just afraid people might laugh AT me and not WITH me! jk HeeHee!
Using it as a stain is a good idea. After I wiped it off, it left my lips flushed and pretty... So applying it lightly as a stain will probably be really nice!

So Party Parrot is very bright & neon? I would think Pink Pigeon would be the brightest and boldest out of the group.

I haven't received my shipment yet. Fingers crossed I receive it tomorrow. PixieDancer maybe you can pat it down a bit or put a lighter color over it so it isn't so intense on you? I think I am more attracted to the colors of the lipsticks than actually wearing them. Once I get mine and wear them I will let you guys know what I think as well.

OK... I got Party Parrot. And the bright pink lip liner to go with it. Now, I go bold on my lips sometimes and even sort of bright... But NEVER anything THIS bright! Now, don't get me wrong, it looks pretty neat, but I'm not sure I would wear this out of my house!
I'm wearing it around my house and glancing at myself every hour or so, trying to get use to seeing this shade on myself, but I'm just not sure! It seems like the longer I wear it, and the more it sets in, the BOLDER and BRIGHTER it looks! I'm kinda nervous wondering if I'll EVER reach for this lippie!

I HAVE to ask... Where will all of you wear these bright lipsticks!?????

I think that's great! I was just wondering if everyone was wearing these as a daily lippie or for night's out and special occassions only. I have never tried wearing a neon lip, so I'm trying to pump myself up enough to wear it out of my house. Maybe I'll wear it to the grocery store later for a trial run!

I wear them everywhere and anywhere. Today I'm wearing Scarlet Ibis at home, to the school to pick up my children, then to the shops, and now home again. And why not?

Ok so I just tried them all on. *sigh* I am so in love with Flamingo! At first I didn't really see it lol but once I got in the right lighting voila. I need more! Scarlet is orange on me, Party is ok, Pink thank goodness doesn't look as(I don't know how to describe CYY on darker skintones lol) neon I guess which is awesome! Very pleased so far.....restock daggonit!

I got my Pink Pigeon!!! It's in the same family as Candy Yum Yum, but not dupes. It's still a very bright lippie, but it's not quite as in your face as CYY was. Oh, and I dabbed a bit of Narcissus on top, and it looks gorgeous!!!

Tons of people were trying on flamingo when I was there. It looked nice on pretty much everyone. I didn't try it on, because it's a bit too coral for me, and I have lots of corals I hardly touch (like Ever Hip). If you want in the same family, but leaning more pink, try Lovelorn (permanent). Party Parrot and Impassioned swatched side by side looked pretty identical to me, at least under MAC's horrible halogen lights. Scarlet Ibis was pretty, but I know it would pull too orange on me, so I didn't swatch it. I also already have m'orange, which I never wear.

Subtle Breeze is such a beautiful pink blush on - loved it with Flamingo
Fresh Honey is not that scary on. Its just a fresh light slight yellowed sunny peach. It looks lovely with a very soft application. I also brushed Subtle Breeze very very lightly over FH just high on the cheekbones & slightly over the apples of my cheeks - lovely.
Love Sweet Sunrise - just a nice sweet light nude slight pink. Great for layering over or under other ls.
A Perfect Day did remind me of what was said earlier - a lighter Myth (which I cannot wear) however, once it warms up on the lips its a very wearble slight pink beiged nude.
In The Sun - very pretty kind of rose gold bronze, but my veining had large violet/magenta spots. Its fab over Twilight Falls.
Twilight Falls is lovely, not quite as dark as I thought it would be but still a beautiful smokey brown.
Scarlet Ibis - is just WOW - more orange than I thought. I can only do a "dab n smoosh" application of it. whoaaaaaaaaaaaaa

My Early Morning is coming tomorrow because I forgot it in the first order.
