My Lillyland ones haven't dried out yet. I never used my fingers in them, though. I also always like to apply them best with a 190, which is stiff enough that maybe it's ripping straight through any dry skin that's on the top of blush. That's my favorite brush for them - i just pat it on, do some initial blending with it, then do more blending with the warmth from my fingertips if i need extra. They're definitely not as emollient as CCBs, but that's why I prefer them - gives a much softer finish on me.

Ive used the stippling brushes but find they leave hairs in there and that is gross lol
might give the 190 a shot...

im hopefully seeing the whole collection next sunday!!!

Have fun! I can't wait to hear what you think about everything! Let us know (if possible) how the quads are with pigmentation, texture, ect. But I'm just being impatient because I wanna see it right now

They are repromoting runaway red already? Do I need a third one? LOL I probably won't though. I am a little ticked at the way MAC handles their LE stuff.
Will definitely get Flaunting It! Not sure why I didn't get any other colors, but the light pink is pretty. For some reason, at that time, Flaunting it is the only one that stood out for me.
I can't wait to see the Pepto Pink color. Innocence Beware, I didn't like the first time around.

A bright pink orange sounds intriguing. I hate orange, but I bet the pink in that will make it work.

After how much I've listened to you all rave about tendertones, I can't wait to try one. Will a grey fluid line work with brown eyes?

Seems like the 187... Don't think it would solve my prob with hairs dropping!!

What differences do you find in the 187 and 130?

130 is like a short, dense version of a 188, which is a smaller, more compact version of the 187 - 187's for dusting MSFs and other powders over large areas or for gals who like a large brush for the cheeks. 188 is more just for blushes, since it's not as wide as that 187. 130, being small, short and dense, is really loved by some for applying foundation and cream products for that smooth stippled effect, but personally I prefer a 190 for both, because I find it easier to control (being stiffer and the flat edge is good for nooks and crannies and contoured lines), and i just like the patting and sweeping motion you can do with it - stippling does nothing special for my skin texture anyhow

I know some folks think the 190 is "old-fashioned", but it works for me! It'll leave the very occasional hair, but I just take a tweezer and lift it out if it does.

Thanks for the feedback liba!!!
i find when I get loose hairs I sweep a mascara wand over them and it works really well you should try that :) I looked on eBay for a 190 but I'm not paying those rates to run the risk of a fake!!!

Im sad now because i really want a 190 :-(

OOoh can't wait to see the lipstick, glosses and quad swatches!
I've only ever used MACs lipsticks, paintpots, oridinary tinted lipglass and eyeshadows... So i'm looking forward to seeing the other items from the collection too!.. Lets see if i can be tempted to widen my horizons with MAC haha.

Is it not on the australia mac website? If you can't find it, I believe that there should be similar ones in other brands (I've heard that Sigma has similar brushes comparable to MAC, Check out their F60) Here's a link to the website http://www.sigmabeauty.com/product_p/f60.htm and it says they ship world wide

Sorry, but since everyone keeps talking about CCO's, how do you know where they are? I want to go to one really badly but I don't know if there's one anywhere around me.

Just google Cosmetic Company Outlet. If you have outlet malls near you, there is a good chance that one of them has a CCO.
