Was it called Ever So Rich? I think that was it. I loved that!!!!!!! ESR and Melt In Your Mouth were my faves. Too bad they aren't available anymore. I'd die for a repromote of them....especially MIYM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tx for the link OhSoJaded. I'm loving the look of Heroine. I knew I would. I just love purples. Very disappointed in Pink Popcorn though. It barely shows up on T. I wanted a lavender lavender not a sheer pink colored lippie. I'm on the fence about buying it now. A part of me still wants it & the other part is pissed off.

I agree. Although I have found that a lot of lipsticks that barely show up on her show up nicely on me. Though I'm in love with the name, I don't think I can justify paying $14 for a sheer pink lipstick when I have such a great collection of opaque lipsticks. I'm on the fence about Heroine since it seems close to Violetta.

This is very true! I just remembered & my memory may be off somewhat, but when the Fabulous Feline (one of my favs) collection came out, Aristocat lippie barely showed on T, but I loved the name & bought it and it comes out rather pretty on my lips. Thinking about this lippie, I need to go through my stash & find it. I have waaaaaay too many lippies. I do agree with you Knope. I think Heroine & Violetta are sisters, but since Heroine is a matte, I need to get it.

I agree that Reel Sexy is streaky but I'm still going to get it at Nordies Thursday along with Fleur Power blush instead of Love Cloud.

I hope you got Quite Cute l/s - that's definitely the most blue lavender lipstick MAC's come out with in recent years - more purple than Lavender Whip, from how it looks on me. Even Fresh Amour mattene didn't come as close, although it's the runner up. There are times of the year when Quite Cute doesn't look quite right on me in the daytime, like in the depths of winter, but I've been busting it out a lot now that Spring has sprung.
Pink Popcorn still looks really nice to me, but in a Gem of Roses way - soft pink with a little "off" touch to make it interesting and not cutesy. Budding Love looked way too pink and Gaga I-ish on me and I skipped it with pleasure. PP is absolutely less pink that BL.

I actually have two of them. I'm more attracted to the color visually. The color itself is too light for my coloring. I prefer my purples to be more mid-toned.

So proud of myself...I only bought the Superb highlighter. I skipped on the eyeshadows. I don't like eyeshadows that are best when applied wet. I just never bother with them. My wallet is very happy.

Thank you ladies for your help. I actually did all thse things except for the prep and prime. I did the chapstick thing, exfoliating, used a lip brush, and even a liner before and it still caked. But I did find my prep and prime so I'll def be trying that now! Thanks my lovelies!
Surprizingly I'm passin on all the lippies!
Its crazy since I'm such a lippy-holic. Heroine is just too close to Violetta, and I actually like the color better. PP doesnt look purple at all, its crazy how BL looks more purple then it. I think I had too high expectations for PP, as I think everyone else did too. But MAC made it confusing making us think it was a new light purple lippy. I wanted something to cure me from only having one Playtime lol (side note, I put Narcissus gloss on top of BL and it brought out the purple more) I have Quite Cute, and if you pair it with the right gloss and/or pat it on instead of glide it on its actually an awesome wearable lavender. I have Ever Hip so I feel I dont need WMS or Reel.

oh damn lol I didnt see that for some reason. So what did you end up deciding? I decided to skip. Trying to not get caught up and actually think bout the lippies I choose. MAC has a tendency to make me throw in my cart without really thinking LOL But with my lipstick coll growing so rapidly I got to slow down and really look at what I have ya know?

I caved.... From this collex I got reel sexy, watch me simmer and a b/u pink cult.... My lips are so so pigmented that of pp doesn't show well on t it wouldn't be noticeable on me :-( I'm now.....BROKE
