This is so helpful! I only have one MAC brush (184 from CCO) and I have been wanting to invest in more for a while. I definitely need some new blush brushes and will check some of these out when I'm at Macy's next.
I hope you will like them :)

In the end it is all a matter of personal preference, but I really like these ones.

And oops, forgot to mention the 167SH. Use it nearly daily, at least when I wear bronzer, but also suitable for buffing out in a more delicate way than the 182.

I hate to say it, but the more I see of the collection from all the swatches here and elsewhere, the more I'm convinced that the whole thing just might be a skip for me. The blushes and MSFs were always questionably warm for my colouring and I don't love any of the shadows enough to warrant putting up with the itching, as Nina says. As far as lipsticks, while I won't go so far as to put myself on a no buy, I'm really insisting that anything I get has to be original within my collection. Even I have to admit I've hit the saturation point... Well, almost. There might be room for Fire Sign...

For buffing I really like the 182.
For sculpting / shaping I use the 165 daily.
For sculpting / blush the 168 will do just fine as well, however, the 165 is easier to highlight a smaller section.
For blush I use different brushes, depending on the blush and the mood. I wish there was a brush that was in between the 187 and the 188. I find the 188 too fickly for my bigger cheeks and the 187 is a bit too big sometimes. I guess the 116 is nice if you want your blush to be on a smaller area and if you want a more diffused, wider area, I would take the 129.
For powder I think you can find good cheaper alternatives (did I just say that???) but I just do not really like the sigma ones (especially the brushes with black bristles). Mine shed a bit and bled like crazy, so I just stopped using them.

Recap (because even I can hardly make sense of all that's written above), I would get the 165 (if you can find it) for highlighting and sculpting, and I guess my preferred regular blush brush would be the 168, which sculpts well too and you could make it work for highlighting, but I prefer 165 for that. The 182 for buffing and should you want a face powder brush (for an all over dust of setting powder) I would get the 134, but it''s pricey...

Other requests?
Thanks a million!!

Yeah that's why I'm passing on VAE. If I don't like it, I've wasted my £, if I love it then I won't be able to get more once it runs out! Lose lose.

My friend stocked up when VAE the last time it came out but ... I dont know if I want to store skincare that long. Ive also seen it at the CCO but again, I worry about it still being fresh. My skin is tired of Purity Made Simple - must find alternative!

If the 131 ever gets repromoted look into that, because it's in between the 188 and 187, but not rounded.

I've only been collecting Mac for three year, but i think i've had my 222 and 116 the longest and i use them on a regular base. They still look like new, but i use brush guards so they keep their shape.
If like the 184 and 136 a lot for bronzer, but the 136 is discontinued:(

Yes, I got the Sigma version, since I missed out on the MAC one. Still feeling bad about that. The minute it gets repromoted, that baby is mine!

I promise, she did not kill your mother...good lord. I get that some people are just rude and make excuses to insult others no matter what...but she has stated many times that she puts them on heavily to show everybody what the color looks like. She does it with MAC because she knows there are many addicts out there who wanna see what everything looks like, but other brand don't have that same kind of following. Instead of being so nasty to a person who never did anything wrong...how about you appreciate the effort she puts in to help you and all of us.
I don't think she meant it that way. She is saying that the colors must be off on her and just don't look good. That's all. She never said she didn't appreciate the work she is doing... calm yo self.

_/ = have a seat and leave this topic alone. She is entitled to her opinion just as you are. No need to chastise her for it. Starting to get annoying that you always bring this up every time someone disagrees or doesn't like her methods.
YOU TOOK THE WORDS OUT OF MY MOUTH!!!!

There is a huge difference between that and straight out insulting people and being completely rude because you hate them for no reason at all...and that is exactly what her and a few others do every single time. I don't go around calling people names and insulting them if they do something that is less than perfect in my eyes...it's called acting like an adult.
She did not say "Oh, she is ugly" she said the colors don't look good on her. Please stop bringing this up every time someone mentions anything about her. Just as you are entitled to your opinion, so is she.

Fire Sign - I love it! Its a really really pretty dark pinked red. Great for the red-lip faint of heart. And, its a lovely everyday red.

So ummm, I kinda feel like I pulled a groin muscle! Noticed it when I woke up this morning. Maybe it was because I ran to get my boxes yesterday, or the constant sitting then running to kitchen? A bit sad I got a workout from swatching
