I'm a little sad I'm skipping Star Wonder, but I will console myself with Crew! Plus I got the other MSFs :-D I'm wearing Earthshine as a contour today and I looove it! It's definitely pigmented but I'm so glad it buffs out lol.

I am loving Neo Nebula and Invincible Light. I think the two were made for each other! I'm finally meeting some of my bf's coworkers tonight and I'm wearing the two of them with black liner. Simple but oh so pretty!

Speaking of MAC customer service... I wrote in about a terrible store experience on 6/19 and still nothing! Should I contact them again? I was seriously so angry with what happened with the store I don't want to let it go! Last night I actually tried my Supernova on instead of just a small swatch, and I love it now. I think I'll still look for a mostly pink supernova though and just keep both.

Thank you, MACina.:hug: Good thing was I ordered two Light Year. MAC sent me one yesterday. I wore it this morning, and I loved it! It showed up as peachy pink with gold shimmer. Pretty! It works as blush for me. I think many people will love this shade either as blush or highlight. :cheer: OMG, gracie! :thud: I'm glad you got the correct item later! Welllll I don't believe SW and Crew are too comparable, SW seems like a warmer pink when swatched (completely dependent on the swirling, of course), while Crew swirled together pulls a little cooler pink. To each their own, but since I got multiple BUs of Crew, I'd rather use those than add another pinky highlighter/blush to my stash! I also have Blonde and Porcelain Pink, so I wanted a little more variety in the MSF department

Nice haul. Quick ? about CCO visit. I think they blackballed me at 1 of the CCOs near here. They made me give my license

Spanky, that's their company policy.  $300 per purchase, no more than 3 of one item.  It's nothing personal.  My big haul had to be split into 4 transactions.  I made them over 2 days.  I paid cash for 2 transactions, check card for the other.  Estee Lauder tries to keep the "Halo" effect - meaning that they limit what you can buy so it dissuades resellers.  I've had to call their corporate office and fight because the one i normally shop at has a brush set for $450.  In NY, it's illegal to have in writing the $300 policy, but then sell something for higher.  I challenged them to sell me the brush set for $300 since, as I told them, the NY Attorney General would not look too kindly at their policy.  Corporate said ok, but by then I was too pissed off and didn't want it.  (of course, now I wish I had bought it!!)  I would go in to your CCO and annoy them on purpose if they treated me that way.  They should not have asked for ID.  I have pictures of my 2 foot tall/8 drawer organizer on my phone and every CCO I go into I show them it so they see that it's just me being a MAC junkie.  If there's something you are looking for, let me know and I can see if my CCO has it. Hope this helps!!  

Thanks Smooches for sharing ur experience. I've been to that 1 I was telling u about 3 times & every time I go I get more & more frustrated. I don't think they would have stopped harassing me even if I showed them my stash. It's just ridiculous to be so rude. Good for u 2 challenge them, how stupidto sell something for 450 if their limit is 300. I will definitely let u know if I'm looking for something! Thanks for the offer!

yes! I emailed about a problem I had and was basically blown off the first time. So I sent another email and then took one of their surveys they always ask if you want to take. My issue was online though not in a store.

I was upset when I went in and wanted 4 eyeshadows. They had NEVER implemented their "policy" on me before- even when spending in the hundreds. But the ONE time that I just wanted 4 eyeshadows this crazy employee goes all crazy with power. I was so mad because every single time before it was FINE if I purchased 4 eyeshadows, 4 blushes, and a few nail polishes.. but this time? My husband had to come in and pay for the 4th eyeshadow. It wasn't like I even got 4 of the same color! I missed out on Peacocky and wanted 4. Arg.

I don't mind the policy, actually, but wth why only apply it "when you want"? I feel like I am being profiled every time I go into a CCO. Hate it.

And selling a $450 item with a max limit of $300....

Idiots.

Okay, I lied. After seeing swatches I'm really quite liking Ring of Saturn - I also especially like the name, when I was a kid growing up learning about space Saturn was my favourite planet, haha. I've never owned a mineralized blush before - mainly because they're all so glittery looking and I have suuuuper oily t-zone and ridiculously large pores that I don't want to accentuate them. I have Lightscapade and Soft & Gentle MSF's - I only use Lightscapade in the tiniest amount as a cheek highlight which is great. Really not sure whether to bite the bullet for RoS or not esp as I'm so pale.  Any suggestions?

Hi Beautiful! I've never had the crazy MU bug like I do know. I'm waiting to see it in person but I'm really trying to skip. But skipping probably means I'll buy a couple of things. I don't have any MBs either. Even with all the info & swatches I still feel totally lost, guess that's why I'm waiting. I really want Earthshine but I'm so pale & still have not used my Sun Dipped & only wore Lush Light Bronzer once. I don't have any clue about contouring, so I don't know if I should buy this or not! Have u tried any pore minimizer primers before? I never even noticed my pores until I wore Too Chic. I was horrified & never wore it after that day. I do find my pores aren't as bad if I put on a pore minimizer primer on my cheeks before wearing products like Soft & Gentle, etc. HTH.
