MAC Heavenly creature discussion

I ordered two more online. As I already have my BU's, I want to a "swirl-surprise" for my BU's of BU's.
It's my favorite MSF from this collection.

I also ordered two more Cusp of Dawn lippies. Love it! Perfect nude for me!

Dang it, I am trying not to put in a third order, but I missed out on Earthy and now I think I need it AND Cusp of Dawn. mac Guy you are responsible for more of my lemmings than I want to admit (but you are always right on, so I can't ignore it either)

Any pale ladies loving RoS? I just cannot see that looking good on my pastey porcelain skin...

Lol, I find it funny and interesting how the Heavenly Creature collection has inspired so many new people to join Spektra, or for older members to make posts who haven't done so in a while. That gravitational pull is pretty powerful!

Very nice MACtina! I wish I could make Earthly work for me. Every time I go to the store I pick it up to swatch but always put it down because it's ashy on me. argggh!

Oh, while i'm at it, does anyone of you ladies happen to know if there is a good dupe out there for Venus? I'd love to keep mine but i'm starting to think i should better give it away because i could also use the money :/! I'm unsure, any help concerning dupes for Venus would be appreciated a lot <3

Beautiful EOTD! Earthly is really nice next to your eye color. I kinda want to spring for Earthly but with Moth Brown probably coming out soon I wonder how they compare. I have to do some googling

I used to have Moth Brown, but I didn't like it. I think it was darker, and didn't have the tiny gold sparkles!

I've just sneaked a peak and oh my, everything is so pretty! My SW has lots of purple, maybe even more than the one I bought in HoF. Everything's perfect. My MA could do with a little bit more purple, but don't think I'll get a back up just for the sake of a bit more purple.

Glad I skipped then. I'm NC15 (guess work) and I do not have a light hand at all - can't even get Fleur Power to apply without looking like a freaking clown. Everyone loves it - but I just look like I got smacked or something.

Shame - RoS is just freaking beautiful. I won't buy it though. I won't.

I saw swatches of fire sign and viva glam cyndi side by side which made me decide to skip fire sign. Cyndi is a bit more coral than fire sign but definitely close enough for me to dupe it with galaxy rose on top.

I called my EOTD "Lagoon Sunset". I used the light blue and gold from sky at the lash line and in the outer corner, then used the orange and gold from my Star Wonder all over the lid. I used the blue eyeliner from Hey Sailor. I tried to take a picture but my camera is too old (or perhaps it's my face that is too old

but the picture did not come out). Anyway, just wanted to share this idea for an easy summer eotd.

Your Light Year is hypnotizing

IMO it works best for an all-over wash and contouring (similar to the look in the promo pics for SP). It blends really well light to medium pigmented shades rather than strongly pigmented ones (which might end up patchy). What I love about the 234 is that you can use it with an MES that has a lot of glitter as it will take away some of the glitter (it sticks to the bristles), so you get more pigmentation but it does not get overly glittery. Enjoy!

Your Light Year is hypnotizing :eyelove: Do you use the tip of it or are you also able to use each side separately? I haven't tried it with mes yet, but I will do so for sure! I hope it will help to get rid of some of the glitter in Shimmermint.

LOL!!! My store didn't have one with a little bit of burgundy, they had 7 for some reason. While Star Wonder they only had 3 of!

My usual store had about 10 of each product, but not the swirls I wanted (I got lucky out-of-state though).
