I caved and ended up buying Stratus. I had gone into nordstrom last week and just for the hell of it had the mua try this on me and that was my mistake lol. I didnt buy it that day but ever since then ive been tossing and turning thinking about this blush and how it surpassed my favorite mac blush Darkly My Dear from the Venomous Villains collection. I went to the store yesterday and they had one left. Phew!. Now I can sleep in peace. I will post swatches on my arm and cheeks later. This color is so effortless on me. Im nc44/nars sheer matte tahoe

I just got this today too. For some reason I was trying to resist it but couldn't any longer. LOVE!

Love Galaxy Rose...a LG that can stand on its own! Watched your video yesterday, and got all excited about HC collection again, and was glad to see all your swirls made it home in one piece! Just when I think I am over pining away at this collection, I either use one of my swirl babies or see someone else's and fall back in love with it! After wearing today, I was going back through my mind and trying to justify more purchases! I didn't purchase three MES's and two LS or two CSG's...finally had to tell myself there was a reason they didn't come home with me the first hauls! Not my colors, or had colors too similar...I will not buy anymore from the HC collection. I will not buy anymore from the HC collection. I will not buy anymore from the HC collection (maybe if I write this 100 times, like in grade school when I would talk in class, it will sink into my fat brain!). This was in response to ILoveMakeUp84...guess I forgot to quote it!

What makes Galaxy Rose unique its precisely what you said! Its a CG that can stand on its own! Something thats not so common with this formula. Thanks for watching my video! I was so paranoid during the whole trip back, eventhough I packed them really well and came with me in my purse. My little swirl babies lol! wore Aurora today. LOVE IT! It is MY Neutral eye, exactly. It is what I originally wanted Havana to be. But sadly, I have to get rid of it. My eyes were red and glassy today. PLease someone tell me the know a dupe of this color in ANY line...

Spanky, if you're like me, (and I get the feeling you are from your Earthshine situation), Earthly just doesn't work either. Too muddy and cool looking. MEANWHILE, Aurora looks awesome and is one of the limited number of MES I got from this collection. MES are definitely more dependent on your skin tone and the skin coloring around the eyes than standard shadow.

Considering they just get thrown out if you return them, you might as well test them out first.
Also, I'd encourage you to swap or sell them here - plenty of folks would love Earthly....

Earthly was a failure on me. Earthshine, on my hand, looks like a bruise. I haven't tried it on my face yet.

I haven't had a chance to try Aurora yet (but would like to) but LOVE Earthly. It's such a beautiful taupe color. Did you ask if Aurora was sold out? Or maybe one of the MUA was using it?

Sorry you had irritation with Aurora - I've been ok with mine, but mine has very little of the glittery swirl, plus I've only used a dry brush in the pan. I apply it dry then mist after with Fix+. It's a perfect neutral eye color for me too. I didn't buy Havana because it wasn't perfect enough on me, but Aurora is!

Some folks have praised Pixie Epoxy as the best base to prevent fallout and irritation from the MES - maybe that could work?

Maybe try it with a mixing medium to prevent fall-out?

It wasn't sold out, just wasn't on the display. The artist didn't even notice that there was double of one, he couldn't tell which 1 was missing. I want to get one of the two either earthly or aurora. But, I've been hearing not so many good reviews about earthly. Maybe you can post pics to convince us lol.

I heard that Solar Ray is similar to Ripe peach from the spring color forecast. Does anyone have the two that can show us of that is true?
