MAC By Request discussion

My MAC account shows the tracking number, so I know it was shipped, but I didn't get an e-mail saying it was on its way.

Weird, considering I got e-mails for cancelations, but not for shipping.

i didn't get an email either, but when i log on to the site it states that it's shipped and i got my tracking number via the site :). i ordered 1 of each l/s.

just a question, are these collections eligible for the pro-discount?

i'm on the fence about these l/g, but if it's still around when i order my e/s on monday.. then i may pull the trigger!!!

LOVE specktra! haven't been on here in ages... but the make up always pulls me back ;)..

you ladies are so helpful!

IKR maybe they got in trouble for releasing the lippies too early & had to give everyone a fighting chance. I placed my l/g order at 7:20 am Eastern but I didn't get the By Request email until 9:26. They gave some time for the site stalkers before they sent their email out which is cool. Idk if I'm gonna stalk for the e/s though I kinda want MB just to see what the hype is all about but I have a ton of shadows + my bank account is running low on funds :(

UPS, USPS, and FED EX are suppose to just leave it unless you have a gate, a fence, or a dog or a signature is needed. Sometimes were nice and take it back to the office if its raining but people bitch about that too....just saying....people are impossible to please

Thank you :) No wonder I couldn't work it out - it's not something I ever say.

I also can't work out why so many on here say "I could care less" when they mean "I could NOT care less", meaning I could not care less than I do. "I could care less" means to me that they do actually care

Got my package today.

Whew Moxie is a pretty young thing :)

IDK about this CYY.....

Rocker is gorgeous. Hopefully the glitter is not too crazy on application though.


Looks like Moxie is my favorite though!

PS. when i order overnight i always have to sign otherwise he just leaves it at the door

I think MAC should do a By Request type campaign every Presidential election year! That would mean every four years, we would get a chance to vote on our favorites from the previous four year's worth of collections! Plus it would be a fun diversion from all the political campaigning! They could have so much fun on the marketing end with an idea like this...thinking slogans and political puns related to makeup!

I love that my UPS guy/gal just drops the goodies and runs. My hubby is so oblivious that he has been sitting right in the living room (giant windows, gravel driveway, barking dogs, and all), that hubby doesn't even notice the goodie drop is going down! LOL. Then I promptly slither outside to gather my goodies...all without him noticing!

I'm thinking they will do it again, and will probably do it with other products like blush or MSFs.
