Paraphrasing my sister, I'm CYY'd out!

While @ Sephora tonight every pink lippie I looked @ reminded me of CYY or Moxie. I looked @ shades from Nars, UD, Stila, Benefit, MUFE ...

I hate to say it but I'm pinked out!

We also pipped over to the MAC store and looked @ lippies there.

The MUA said people were coming in looking for CYY.

While we were chatting she said, "It's funny, CYY looks like that bright pigment over there."

I looked & it was Madly Magenta pigment.

I told her about how the blogger Silverlipsbeauty (thanks to the person who posted the link in this discussion!) mixed her own CYY using the pigment, Snob l/s and MAC Matte Mixing Medium from the PRO store.

She was impressed!

you are soooo kind I'm so glad I "inspire" people to wear bright. Colors really make my day. I see a pretty color and it makes me smile. bright lips just go well with me, not just suits me but it has become "my thing". It has made me a confident person since the first day I said "wth! let's dare!" haven't stopped since then.

PS: I know this sounds too profound for a lipstick BUT I have always been obese and I always wanted to be unnoticed until that time when this happened Now it's like "Look at me! I'm Piar!"

If it restocks and I'm online, I'll order you a tube. You look awesome in bright lips and inspire me to wear my bright lips more often! I know I won't be online tomorrow morning since I have to go out of town for work, but I'll check periodically the rest of the time.

Califabulous, you look awesome! I really like the cheeks with it.

Hahaha! Silverlipsbeauty used Magenta Madness though instead of Madly Magenta. I think Magenta Madness might be just a tad bit brighter than Magenta Madness. I think.

in the quite cute thread, I posted how the MAC MUA showed me how to use one of the pigments to create CYY... I'll see if I can find it.

On me CYY doesnt look neon at all. It just looks like the perfect bright pink for my skin tone, the most wearable of my brighter pinks. And I got like 10. I barely use those, cos this is such a good fit.

I hope MAC does another By Request in the future with some MSF and other products, but put them online ALL AT ONCE PLEASE.

Looks gorgeous on you! You are right bright lippies is your thing. That dog is soooo stinking cute! If I had her, she would be coated in CYY from all the kisses I would be showering on her!

YES and this time giving us the option to come up with the initial list would be nice. Then they can decide the top six in each category.

MSF's, paint pots would be good too. A different set of lipsticks would be awesome as well.
