Oh dear! I will be buying 4 CYYs and 4 Moxies, but to send to some US ladies who missed out! I hope they don't cancel my order or anything!

Moth Brown: seems to be the least pigmented of the 3, took more swipes to get it opaque as the others but still decent. I like the color personally...I'm not sure where the "brown" in moth brown comes in because its mostly gray with a slight shift to the blue/purple side.

Jup that's true. I have Juxt, but is isn't as green as I want it to be. It looks like Guacamole is what I'm looking for and gold pearl jummy! In your swatch Moth Brown looks very nice, but in Shellcats the new version doesn't look as great. I hope when I can finally get mine it will look like it does in your swatch.

I know I voted a lot for it in the beginning, but in the last days of voting there must have been a lot of others voting for it. I wonder where all those people are. We need more Guacamole love!

I just showed my BF Shellcat's swatches and asked him which MB he thought was better. He said that he thought I'd want the old MB and I asked him why. He said "It has a purple sheen to it and that's totally your color". That convo just made me sadder, haha!

I'm still holding out hope that someone will get a MB with the pretty purple shift. Did anyone else receive their MB today?!

I received my MB and Jete, and I am wearing MB today and i totally see purple in mine. I don't have the old one to compare to, but on my eyes, there is definitely a purple tint to it.

Very cool! I am determined to make it work. Will definitely try valkolak's suggestion and use a purple base if necessary...

If you have pale skin, especially if you are in the light NW range, the purple will be more obvious as your (blue/purple) blood vessels will emphasize the purple. If your skin is more yellow-toned, the purple in MB will be, at least partially, cancelled out, especially as the e/s does not seem to be as opaque.

In any case, MB will work as a crease color on most complexions.

Judging by swatches I'm pretty sure I'll like new MB better than old MB, but I do think making them that different is not okay at all for those who voted for it to come back. Just make another e/s called something else. Geesh

yeah, that is a good point. you are right, I am more cool or neutral toned for sure. I am N4 powder or about an NW 18. For me this MB is the perfect lid color for my smokey eye. I had been wanting something with a hint of purple b/c Purple pulls out the green in my hazel eyes. I love it!

I hope the "new" moth brown doesn't make it look like two bruised black eyes on me... *sigh* without the dimension of the purple it could be easy to get into that area...

Loving the eye shadows, but moth brown looks like crap. The comparisons are totally different and I feel like sending moth brown back when I get it smh.

Wow, you have to wonder if they're even authentic.

The price isn't too bad but I still wouldn't buy one.

I'm wearing both Jete and Moth Brown today to give them a try. The look is a little cool for me and MB is really not purple at all - more steel grey. I added some Shale to deepen the crease in the corner to get more of a purple tone and used Dark Diversion as a liner. I'm wearing Deep Throat, a little Light Year and Strictly Plutonic to keep the rest of my makeup neutral but warmish.

Moth Brown is ok, but I don't like it as much as Satin Taupe; I'm just not a grey lover and it certainly doesn't love me. I can make it work in the crease; I agree with MAC-Guy that just about anyone could. I'll see how it looks on my cool-toned green eyed daughter. It might be better on her although she's not a fan of grey either. This isn't a colour I'd reach for often, but it's not completely hideous. It might be good for those who like a smokey eye.

Jete is a bit cooler than I'd hoped for. There's no peach on me - it's pink. It's a very pretty colour and with two daughters in the house I know it won't go to waste. I want to try it with some warmer crease shades and see how it looks.

I'm not dazzled by either shade, but they're fine.

I'm already starting to regret buying Moth Brown. Some of the swatches I've seen are a hit or miss. I'm also hoping it doesn't give me the bruised eye look.

I definitely don't get a bruised look from Moth Brown; redder tones tend to do that (Rich Core looked terrible on me).

I finally got a shipping confirmation for my e/s - MB and Jete.. coming this Friday! But all this talk has got me underwhelmed about MB .

I never got a shipping confirmation for my l/s - all three... I just kept up with it through the website. But yes.. I've only tried on CYY and I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE it.. lol.. I really need to try the other ones out..

And on advice of these lovely ladies.. I bought the lip P&P and some lip scrub from Victoria Secret.. so hopefully it'll be even more beautiful on .

I'm very very excited about my purchases and can't wait to wear them all. I only wear make up on the weekends... if I have some place to go.. lol. So some weeks I don't even wear make up. Not even to work.. lol.. I've gotten so lazy!

It there is no purple shift I am gonna be peeved. I almost always wear plum or purple colors in my crease cus I have hazelish specks round my iris and I like to emphasize those. Actually one MUA said my eyes were green cus she was color blind but she was the one who took me away from wearing browns and tans to stuff with a purple tinge. Greatest make up lesson ever. I go out and people tell me my eyes are gorgeous all the freaking time and I put it all on going from strict neutrals to adding a wee bit of very cool pink or purple to the mix

Oh no... I only ordered MB and I'm really bummed to hear this.

I'm sure it's still beautiful but I wanted it for its uniqueness and to add some color to my look. Oh well...
