I just swatches the BU. Same thing. Used my clean 217. Maybe im just too dang pale. too bad.

Have you tried applying it wet? I know my MB got way more purple and ooh shimmery when I did a wet swipe

I'm so glad alot of you kept going on & on about how great Rocker is. I finally ordered it & I have to agree it's fabulous! I don't wear dark/vamp lipstick but Rocker is definitely a keeper. I may have to get a BU.

I was wondering if my Barbie one was just old. I figure they have improved the formula some and I was afraid to scape off the layer because of the imprint. I would like a deeper, more pigmented version just for ha ha's.

Tested it on hubster last night with the same results, brown/purple shade. Looked way better on me of course!

So funny when you call him hubster. He seems so handy. It does look good on you, for sure!

Do you gals use magnets on the bottom of your depots, is it hard to do?
ive never done it before and received a pallette in a swap
the one color that didnt have a magnet shattered everywhere ..i have HUMID now on every inch my desk
im running out of space with these single shadows

Yep! I buy them pre-cut from Ebay but you can also buy a magnet sheet from a craft store and cut them at home.

 Lol, yes, definitely get it.  And speaking of enabling looked up swatches of ruffian red thanks to a comment I saw you make and now...I'm pretty sure I NEED it in my life and possibly the gold, but definitely the red. lol

I'd def get the gold too! It looks awesome paired with the red. I love it for nude and pink colors too.

I love Heroine l/s also. I should have bought a backup of it. I'm hoping that MAC will come out with more purple mattes in the upcoming collections. I also want some mauvey mattes...and possibly a periwinkle shade

I got my three MBR eyeshadows yesterday. My daughter looked at Moth Brown and said, "What a pretty purple." I've since depotted, labeled and tucked them into their new homes amongst my 10 MAC 15/eyeshadow palettes. Oh but why stop there! I have a few empty spots in the tenth palette so I ordered Hocus Pocus, Sparkle Neely Sparkle, & Parisian Skies. I also ordered a replacement Choc Brown Pigment. My two lippies also arrived with the MBR eyeshadows and Saigon Summer is now my HG Orange. It is GORGEOUS and compliments my skin tone so well. It just makes me glow w/o being garish. Love it! I'm wearing it now with Jete on my lids, Brash above the crease, Folie in the crease & blended upward & Call Me Bubbles to my brow. Nice summery look.

BTW,Nudibelle I love what you did with Moth Brown. I can't wait to try it. So glad you shared!

I thought I was the only one who loved Folie in the crease. This sounds like a great look,I think I will try it but substitute Reel Sexy for Saigon Summer. SNS, and HP are such beautiful shadows. I had to BU HP, because it is the most gorgeous taupe ever.
