Thanks, ladies! I might get both Hoochie and Belladonna. I'll definitely get Nylon, since CYY is my absolute fave lippie now. Wouldn't hurt to try something even more neon.

All those lip tars look so pretty. I kind of want all of them.

I ALWAYS DID, TOO but i hate using brushes for lips....so.. I passed up until nylon

I broke down and bought Nylon! CYY already looks crazy on me but I still love it, so my excuse for getting this one is that I can always mix my other lip tars with it/create a custom color. Should be fun!

I did the Patina/MB combo again today so I took a picture. It's Patina on the lid, MB in the crease and outer V and UD Polyester Bride to highlight.

I'm going to have to try this. Looks great!

OCC Nylon looks amazing! For those who don't own any Lip Tars, they are very saturated lip colors and as everyone has mentioned -- a little goes a long way. I own several Lip Tars and I've been happy for the most part with them. I enjoy the fact you can mix different colors to get a custom color. The old packaging was not the best as it cracked (if the cap was too tight) and the shape gave some people the impression you can just apply it directly to your lips (which was not recommended since you'd use more product than you need). I am glad OCC re-designed the packaging. I have Anime from OCC, but Nylon tops Anime in terms of brightness!


Anyway, I saw Christine's review.. Even though I am so tempted to impulse buy Nylon, I am holding myself back. I just got my order from ASOS of Barry M Lip Paints and #62 is BRIGHT! The color and its brightness is up there with Candy Yum-Yum.

I highly suggest using lip pencils. I've noticed they have a tendency to feather if worn for a long period of time. Also, lip liners help if you prefer a precise and cleaned up finish (like myself on my avatar -- I am wearing OCC's Tarred Lip Tar).

They are very buildable. If you just want a pop of color, you can dab a tiny drop on your lips w/ using a brush. If you want a bold color, you definitely have to use a brush. It's crucial not to use too much product as they can bleed. However, they are so pigmented that you really only need a tiny amount.

I'm surprised to see Nylon is limited edition, given the context of Temptalia. In reality, I'm not surprised since that will definitely make it sell out in no time at all, especially opening the market up to a similar color to CYY.

I grabbed two of them just for the hell of it, and I had Illamasqua's Tweak and wasn't sure what else to add to my basket to get free shipping lol. I did notice there is about twice as much product in a Lip Tar than there is in one MAC lipstick. I really don't think I will go through one tube quickly lol, especially since a little bit goes a long way. Ah well, I have a BU to ease my LE lemming brain!

Oh snap. I didn't realize it was LE! Thankfully I saw your comment, and went and ordered a Nylon just now. I resisted getting anything else though, and sucked it up and paid for shipping, since $20 vs $50 just to get free shipping hurts my wallet more in the long run... I convinced myself that, anyway. haha.
