I've been looking at the lip tars for awhile, I googled them and the colors are gorgeous...
I've been eyeing them for a long time as well. I've been interested in the Anime shade just for the name alone. This whole special edition thing with Sephora finally tipped me over the edge to finally try one.

I hope sephora gets more colors soon. I would like to try a lip tar but neon pink really isn't my thing.

I received my hocus pocus today O.M.G!! This is one of the prettiest shadow!! Im in love, goes on soooo smooth and the glitter isn't chunky Instant love

I just ordered the Sephora liptar...DAMN!!!! I'm a junkie and makeup is my drug!! I swear I was so hesitant to buy bc of the S I X dollar shipping...MAC & Nordstrom have spoiled me with free shipping.

Like others mentioned, I was trying to figure out $34 worth of stuff to add to my cart to get free shipping. I eventually came to my senses and paid the $6 for shipping instead. It almost felt unnatural to have to pay for shipping. I wish Sephora offered free shipping at the $25 level.

Can anyone tell me if these are anywhere close to heroine? lol I'm having fun trying to recreate it.

Finally coming in to share my not too great CS experience with the lipsticks from this collection.

I ordered within minutes of them going up on the site; however, when my lipsticks arrived a few days later they were super melted even though it was only around 85 degrees the week they came, and I met the UPS man at the door so they weren't outside at all. I called MAC right away and although the lipsticks were already sold out, I requested a reship if possible. They put the reship request in and told me I would hear back within 24 hours if it was approved. I called two more times over three days (no one called me) before I managed to get a supervisor to approve the request. At that time, they still had both CYY and Moxie in stock and said they would ship out within 48 hours. I had to unexpectedly go out of town, so I called again to see if they would arrive in time, but they STILL had not shipped out so I asked if I could get them shipped to another address or have the shipment delayed. I was told yes, the shipment could be delayed, but no, I could not get them shipped to a different address. They were supposed to ship out last Friday and I would have received them either Monday or today, but when I didn't get them today, I called again only to be informed that there were no more CYY and no one bothered to inform me that my order wasn't shipping. After dealing with a CS associate who knew nothing, I got a supervisor on the phone.

The supervisor apologized multiple times and told me there was nothing she could do because there were NONE left. She also confirmed that when I asked for it to be shipped to a different address and was told 'no', that was not policy and I COULD have had it shipped there and I should have been advised that delaying the shipment would not hold my order, and instead would put my lipsticks back into inventory. She's giving me a refund for CYY and sending me a Love Forever PLLC gratis, but I'm still VERY disappointed in my CS experience this time around. The supervisor was very helpful, but I know I've called at least five times regarding this order because I was so concerned about not getting my lipsticks and it still got messed up (the supervisor also told me I shouldn't have had to follow up so much and the ball was apparently dropped multiple times).

At least I'm getting Moxie!! And I have a VERY melted CYY with a VERY different finish than I remember, so that's better than nothing I guess.

Sorry you went through all of that, but at least you do have Moxie. Maybe you could take your melted CYY and depot it. That way it could still be usable.

Ditto. I didn't get one for myself but two as a CP. I am insanely tempted to see how the product works but the color does nothing for me. I am so so so so so sad it will not be carried at my local Sephora because I really want to test it out before buying. Actually I really dislike buying any makeup without swatching it on myself. ESPECIALLY lipstick. At least I will get to see it in person before packing it up and get a good idea on the color. Monitors are such tricky things ;/

It seems like so many people had a bad experience with this collection. They should've considered putting it in stores & that would have cut down on the missing, wrong or melted items.

I really don't dig the idea of online only collections. I'm wearing Moth brown with Groundwork paint pot and I dig it. It's really smooth and gorgeous. On the Nylon note, I just ordered mine w/ expedited shipping. I can't wait to get my hands on it. Hopefully, I'll get it tomorrow.

I was going to suggest depotting it as well. I know a lot of companies will not replace products due to melting while in transit...it sucks but I guess they can't really control what happens to it after it leaves them. Especially for LE items where there are such limited quantities.
