I'm playing the devil's advocate here, but I certainly agree that a company can't control heat/melting in transit nor should they be held responsible (under normal circumstances). We all know where we live and what we can order safely. I do stay away from ordering cream products during the summer months as even in the best circumstances, 110 F will affect the products. If I really want the product, I get it shipped to friends who live in a different location where the weather is not that extreme. I don't think we can blame MAC for melted products. After all, we all know that it just takes a few minutes in a heated car for a lippie before it starts melting. While it is certainly annoying that this happens, it is up to the consumer to use their common sense.

I agree. Although it is a shitty feeling to get a melted lippie I'm 100% sure it didn't leave MAC already melted. I did a charge send from CA to FL and it arrived slightly melted but I didn't complain. It traveled cross country in the summer.. I sort of expected it but took a gamble anyways.

I got Moth Brown Monday. I tried it yesterday. I love the color so much! It's a perfect crease color for my pink natural look.

However, after a few hours I applied MB, my eyes got irritated and puffy. It's not too bad now, but having sensitive eyes is no fun. I will try MB again to see if it's the cause of my puffy eyes. I'll probably try it on my day off.

The top lip is Katricia isn't it? It looks like it. I've always wanted that one. I know a lot of people talk about Hoochie a lot but I've always liked Katricia.

I think the middle one is closet to Heroine. But that lipstick looks different on different people. On me it closely resembles the middle color yet not quite. The top picture looks more like Go For It lipstick.

Totally understandable and I told MAC that if they HADN'T told me they could have reshipped, I would have just repurchased them during the restocks, but since they assured me over and over again that I would get them, I missed out on the restocks.

Have you guys that ordered Nylon yesterday all got shipping notices? I ordered mine early yesterday afternoon and have not gotten a shipping notice. I did the 3 day $5.95 shipping...I can't wait to get it...bright pinks are my weakness!

Got my notification early this morning. Here is Xsparkage's lip tar swatch post: [=http://www.xsparkage.com/?p=1372][/]. There are a few of these that were LE or discontinued, but most of these are available at www.occmakeup.com, with a few being currently out of stock.

Hey guys! I caved and ordered Nylon last night too with that stupid $6 shipping. That felt criminal! I haven't checked to see if they sent a shipping update or not though. I entered the code for the free IPhone case, even though I don't have an IPhone (LOL), just so I wouldn't feel so robbed on the shipping. I had an uber-crappy day yesterday so I figured I deserved a late night neon pink pick-me-up to show up in the mailbox. As for MB, yesterday I wore it in the crease with the coppery shade from Sigma's Dare palette on the lid and lower lash line. I took a pic of me wearing MB in the crease with Patina (lid), Texture (transition), Hocus Pocus (outer v) and Naked Lunch (browbone) on Monday. I'll try to post the look in the next few days.
