I love bright lips on you! Too bad it's not completely neon, but it's still really pretty and I'm still excited to try the lip tar formula. Maybe it's closer to Pink Pigeon? Could anyone compare those please?
so here is the proof nylon aint neon
just super awesomely bright

my neclace and one of my bangles (and my purse, which is not shown) are true neon. Nylon has neon qualities but its not neon pink. its like a whale...fish qualities but not quite....lol

I'm with you, Piarpreet. I don't think we should have to use a ton of other products to make another product work. I tend to opt for products that stand well on their own.

murflegirl - let me know if you'd like a Moth Brown. I have extra I know I won't be using.
For me, I love experimenting with color and texture. Thus I don't mind mixing things. You never know what you're gonna get.

I don't mind mattes. They're not my favorite, but I like them now and I own several of them by Mac and other brands. CYY is by far the driest of them all, so I'm not especially fond of that one.
WOW - is CYY drier than Ruby Woo?

I love Ruby and am now using Prep + Prime under it which has made a huge!!! difference.

And mixing things is so much fun!!!
Mixing can indeed be fun. I got an idea from a blogger/youtuber that said she saw a MAC MA with one of the prettiest lip looks. She said it was Hi Def Cyan pencil, Violetta lipstick and she thinks the lipglass was Good Times. I didn't have Good Times so I used an old Lip Lacquer called Rainbeau. Ended up with one of THE PRETTIEST purple lip looks. I understand some people wanting perfection in a tube without having to "make it work" though.

Cool! Let me know what you think after you've tried it.

ETA: I'd like to try the HDCyan and Violetta with MAC's Fashion Spread lipglass and then another try with Revlon's Lilac Pastelle to see how it comes out.

I finally wore Moth Brown out last night :eyelove: it is so gorgeous and EASY to apply. The texture is perfect! I only did a two color smokey lid and it was just so effortless! Sooooo glad I snagged it.
