I bought the tube I have now last year when I went on my first MAC haul rampage with permanent line items lol. I've been using disposable doe foot wand applicators because otherwise the little brush would get all mucked up and affect the color of the gloss inside the tube, too. I use them for my other lipglasses as well, keeps things a little more sanitary. I get those in bulk from lecosmetique.com
thanks, i'll try that gloss and the for applicators, ill probably steal some from my store, nordies counter and even sephora before buying hahaha i have to save on something. ill eventually give in $4,50 for 50 is a pretty god deal. most or my lippies are mattes and lustres. i like a lot of color or no color. i find creamsheens really creamy and i always get the feeling that the color is migrating as i talk. i dont have a single glaze and only the nicki satin.

A lovely specktrette did a cp for me. Maybe you can ask for a cp as well? And if there are other things from sephora.com that you want it might be a good idea to ask for those too. I for example asked for Too Faced Glitter Glue because with the exchange rate and shipping it's still cheaper than buying it here.

That's sweet of you to get a Moxie for your mum. I'm getting an extra Moxie for...myself haha. Nobody in my area would wear it anyway except for me. I will also try to be good with Styleseeker and hopefully won't get too much.
So far, I am in black box overload and I only try one new thing per day, so I am only going by the color in the pan, but it is gorgeous. I am wanting to try this with a green base (I don't have any green PP, so maybe I will try it with Rollickin PP which is much more teal). I almost skipped Guac because I pictured it to be the color of guacamole itself, which is in the baby poop color category and not something I would wear on my eyes but the actual color is more like a slightly muted kelly green with lots of shine. I would love to see some EOTD with Guacamole...
The big question here is whether or not YOU liked it! IMO that's what really matters. If you love it, rock it and make him get used to it! HahaI wore Moxie to dinner last night and my guy did not like.I felt self-conscious and sad as I'm new to lipstick. Plus who wants their partner looking at their face and thinking, "Yikes!" I did, however, get the courage to wear it to work today and I think it looked better w/ Moth Brown and Jete e/s. Last night I had some warmer colors on (just had on the same makeup I used for work that day) so I think things looked a little off. I'll ask him again tonight.
I agree for the most part. I do generally wear what I want and we don't have the same style. I'm much more of fashionista and at times he's definitely raised some eyebrows at my wardrobe. However, it's my face and he has to look at it while talking to me. If he had something on his face that was cosmetic and I didn't like it he'd likely remove it. We prefer to look attractive to each other on our date nights. I did tell him he just wasn't used to the lipstick when he said he didn't like the color, but honestly it didn't rock in my opinion either. It's been 10+ years so he's seen me at my best and worst. I enjoy looking pretty for me AND for my partner. I probably should have started with lipstick training wheels and chosen a less brash color. Oh well. I'm impressed with myself for wearing it to work already. I told myself this was a weekend only color.
