I don't think I made my point totally clear - Nicki then wasn't a household name then like she is now. IIRC, her first album had only just come out and she was popular in mostly niche groups and was steadily gaining more popularity. The main reason I was surprised that the lipstick sold out so quickly was because I didn't think it was very unique. I remember I passed on it because I had St. Germain and Viva Glam Gaga I (which I've STILL only worn once) and I didn't think I needed another light pink lipstick. Azealia certainly isn't as popular as Nicki was becoming back then, but I would be cautious not to underestimate how popular she is in certain groups (I'm in my early twenties and pay a lot of attention to music, and Azealia is a very common name and very popular in my circles. She does have a cult following), nor how unique and probably limited this color is and think it won't sell out.
