Thank you, Eims! Yes. I believe as long as you source them it should be okay. You're not using them in a bad way or taking credit for them. I love how this lipstick looks different on all the ladies. I guess you can have it dark purple or blot it so it looks a bit more dark lavender. I can't wait to get mine.

Thanks - I've been wanting to see it on someone paler as well. :) I'm just going to pretend not to notice than I'm 20 years older than those wearing it.

I'm glad this isn't greyer than it is - I might be able to wear it without tinkering. This reminds me of when I felt like the only one on the whole board who was happy Ruffian Red was warmer than expected.

Thank you, ButterflyDior! I just saw them. I am loving the shade. It is kind of like YR, but may differ once I have both to compare each other with. Maybe Chanel is darker and YR is deeper. Either way, I'm happy I was able to get both of these.

Is Black Lipmix a soft black ? or Grey-black?

I think perhaps a sheer black gloss that looks like a dark grey could make the color a little more grey.

In all my art classes I always used black to make something darker...White to make something lighter... Mixed black and white to get grey , to make something not as dark as a black.

I would assume you'd have to mix a bit of grey in it to make it a grey purple?

Purple is the darkest color on the color wheel. I assume adding black would just make it darker... Unless you make a tiny bit of black and way more of the lipstick mixed really well.

Seems like a pain to me. IDK

No problem!!! I went to go order the Chanel one last night and it was sold out. Then I see it is back... As backorder... Which means I probably won't get it...

I want this color..But if I don't get it , it won't be a huge deal. Save me 32.00 dollars right? 32.00 I really don't have.

I have Odyssey by MAC... I have a midtone plum "Fantastic Plum" from Chanel ... So I kinda feel I got the trend for Fall without really spending a lot or having to go extremely dark.

However if I don't get the Chanel , I'd happily try Smoked Purple from MAC or there is a NARs matte pencil that is identical to Smoked purple I saw on temptalia.... Or even Nightmoth liner from mac.

Actually Lancome has a purple similar to all these.. I just have a feeling lots of brands will be bringing their version out in the next two to three months.

Still it would be nice to get the Chanel one.
