I feel like she applies blushes weird sometimes but that looks REALLY good on her IMO.

Wowwww seriously??? These people just ruin it for everyone. I also find it a little shady that first they say "four fabulous lipsticks", then later it says "this trio", and after THAT it says "Both lipsticks..." Ummm so if you pay this insane price that they're asking, do you get 4 lipsticks, 3, or 2? Maybe it's just someone who typed without thinking, but Idk...something's not right, IMHO!

Yup, shady... I like how it says ''It's your lucky day!'' Err, not so much for the people who missed out on the l/s because of ebay sellers snatching them up and now selling them for ridiculous prices.

OH NOOOOOOOOOOOOO. I am not allowed to read any good reviews on TPC! I've already convinced myself that I don't need it...which is still true. But now, the lemmings are starting to grow!!!!

I think I am legit coming down with a cold or something now from all the sleepless nights this week!

I don't do well well constant loss of sleep... I tend to get sick... Not to mention I suffer from chronic neck pain due to neck herniations and lower back pain...

And just out of college and can't find a job and find it hard to do things cause the pain goes down my left leg and arm...

THIS IS WHAT I DID FOR WHAT LIPSTICK? I must be half insane... I just really wanted "Deeply Adored" "Love Goddess" ... For the colors, not for the packaging or Monroe... Cause we all know Ms. Monroe wore at least 3 to 4 different colors of red on her lips to get them the way she wanted...

Something tells me I need Beet lip liner.. And not from MM collection. Not paying extra for a piece of cardboard.

Ya totally not worth getting sick over. I'm sorry you got caught up in the hype too. At almost 34 I should know better and with my advertising degree I should really really know better. They do stuff like this to get people to buy and it works. It's shady but it works and that is what keeps companies going in a capitalistic society. I still love MAC but I'm kinda upset right now.

I will say scratch, claw and do whatever you need to do to get those lipsticks, though. I really do think I'll go next Thursday as soon as my store opens to get another Love Goddess.

Thanks for your thoughts about the Beauty Powder. I'm going to check it out in person, but didn't feel in my gut that I had to order it this morning. Considering how you were originally "meh" about the lipsticks, you must really love Love Goddess.

Thanks so much! I hope I can help with these....usually with reds, I always say you need to try them in person to be sure (since I've got such a fussy skin tone for them just in general). It does seem like there are many of you lucky types who can wear any red, but you can count on me to be more nit-picky, that's for sure.

I still think CIS and DA are a snooze. That's because I've seen those colors and I've bought those colors over and over and over. Pure Zen is a nude that actually works on darker skin and Love Goddess, like I said before just has this amazing mix of pink and red that does amazing things to my complexion. Plus, it's a satin that's not high maintenance. Hallelujah. Those are the two real winners for me.

I'm in the same boat as you Peachsuns! According to some of the lovely ladies here, the collection will be up on Nordies' site on Oct. 2nd. It might pop up sooner, though. Hope that helps, if you wanted to purchase online!

I thought Macy's and Nordstrom went up the same day as Mac? And occasionally they've restocked lips mid day I wonder if it's possible they'll do it for this

I keep wondering if Love Goddess will be like Palpitante. I can't wait to compare them. I know I'm getting Pure Zen, but later. I swatched it before when it came out with the Cremesheen+Pearl collection and loved it, along with other colors and CSGs in that collection. My plan is to haul from Cremesheen+Pearl after I get everything from all of the upcoming holiday collections. It's such a relief that the Cremesheen+Pearl items are permanent.

I'm sorry for ranting too much. Just wasn't how I wanted to start the day kwim? I guess I am just so shocked. Oh well there's other nice stuff out there and if it's meant to be it will I guess. I'm hitting the mall on the 5th when I get paid and if anything I want is there then it's meant to be. Still sad but whatever. I was just tired and so shocked but it's just makeup. Btw, I am happy for those who got to haul from this collection and I hope the products were worth the money and stress. Nope, MAC usually releases the collection first and then Nordstrom follows a few days later...and then Macys.
