For the ladies who missed out, some counters are still presaling, they don't charge your card till the 4th. If you don't want to pull anymore all nighters I would give this a try. I live in Washington State and I have called stores all across the country for different collections and all of them do phone orders. Plus if you do a phone order with Nordstroms there is no shipping. All you need is an old fashion pen and paper and google of course and start calling stores. Mind you some SA's are friendly some are not. I presaled at Grand Central MAC in New York and paid this morning. Some store won't but keep calling till you find one that will. Hope this helps.

The only thing I want for sure is Scarlet Ibis. I wanted Deeply Adored because I thought it would be a dark vampy red, but it wasn't what I expected so it's a pass for me. I'm still on the fence with the bp. Chalky and powdery don't sound appealing for a product worth $28 and I don't know if it will work on my NW20 skin.

I think the shadows are VP for a more modern take on the pin up look. I have really liked the looks I have seen so far.

I ordered when it launched around 4am pst and i did standard shipping. I recieved my UPS tracking # and it will be here end of the day Wednesday the 3rd.

I told my husband about how crazy fast the whole thing sold out. He totally pays attention. After saying he appreciated how hard I worked to look so super pretty for him

he said something about me wanting to try the e/s and blushes/bp at counter. When I said yes but none of the shops I called would let me preview or would take preorders he told me to just buy them all sight unseen when they came online wherever.

I ordered at 7:30am EST right when the collection launched online. I got overnight shipping and my order still says pending. Yet there are people who got standard shipping and their orders have already shipped. I called to check on it and was told everything is fine and that it's being processed to ship. I hope it arrives tomorrow. If not, I think I'm going to stick with standard shipping. It seems like I keep paying extra money for faster shipping and it ends up taking longer.

Aww my hubby is the same lol he even knows what day things come out, few weeks ago he was like what plans do we have oct 4 I'm like none he's like oh yea ur mm line comes out, and he's totally ok w me buying. He gets surprised how big of deal some things are. Lol my 8 year old daughter even knows what lipsticks I like or she'll be like that looks like candy yum yum etc.

If an order is placed before 3pm, it should arrive the next day. I've ordered for overnight shipping before and I've always gotten my package on time. It's still very possible you'll get yours tomorrow. Sometimes they are late when updating the system. I've said before that I've gotten a shipment confirmation minutes before or after actually getting my package. If you don't get yours tomorrow, I'd request a refund on the shipping.

I'll even show him everything and he'll comment how he likes a certain packaging or colors lol Last week I showed him my inglot palette and he said how come Mac's palettes don't feel this sturdy? It's so funny because he's normally into cars, guns, offroading and FARTING

Those shadows were just unbelievable bad when I swatched them. For the price, you can find better shadows at the drugstore. Like I said in my initial review, some people are into that sheer, shimmery thing so have at it. It's not worth my money, though and I think the recommendations Temptalia gave for replicating that look: Crystal Avalanche, Dazzlelight, Contrast and Electra are ten times better than these MM shadows.

Contrast? Did she recommend that as a dupe for Showgirl? I think Pro Longwear shadows in Weathered or Linger Softly would make better dupes to Showgirl than Contrast. Just my opinion though.

I've never felt bad

I bought it, its my money my choice. Besides I hardly ever ever return anything. But if it stinks, then its going back.

I've never had a problem returning/exchanging anything. No matter what it is. If it doesn't work for me, it's going back. Now if it's an extremely rare sold out item, I probably would try to sell it to someone who missed out. But I've only returned 4 things out of my entire makeup collection. Two of those were limited MAC items... that are still available to purchase on the website. Ruffian Naked and Fashion Nomad. I'm like why bother trying to sell a used lipstick at a discounted rate and deal with shipping when a brand new one can still be ordered with free shipping. I'd rather return it and get my full refund.
