You have answer from Mac NL!? I seriously mailed them freakin' three times!! THREE TIMES about a package that I ordered on the 19th that hasn't gotten here yet and NO ANSWER!!!That IS bad. However, I called MAC Netherlands this afternoon to ask when exactly By Request and Marilyn will launch online and the answer was: we honestly do not know. Any day now I think...
Well that narrows it down...
I have asked about an order before and then I got an answer within an hour...why so long this time?! I'm so frustrated ARGHH!!

I've noticed that recent collections haven't sold out as fast as they used to, maybe British consumers are tiring of MAC's endless collections, the scramble for limited edition products, and silly little price hikes. I think some people grow out of buying MAC, and reach saturation point when they find themselves drowning in fifteen ever so slightly different blue based pink blushes. There's also the animal testing factor. Or perhaps people were at work/school/uni and haven't had a chance to attack the internet yet. Who knows!It's been up for 8 hours now and everything's still there

omg haha i was under the "new collections" section and didnt see anything and was freaking out.
i'm in Canada..but i have a US shipping address i pick up at since i'm so close to the border. and because Macys recognized i was in canada, and they dont ship MAC to canada for some reason, the collection wasn't showing up until i clicked "ship to US address"
