MAC for Marilyn

Here's Love Goddess paired with Beet lipliner. It looks really red in the pictures, but you can see the hint of berry pinky in it, too. While it's not the same as Moxie, I feel that they both achieve the same look, so I'm just find interchanging the two of them. I prefer the glossiness of LG, though.

I'm also wearing the beauty powder, but it's about 7 hours in, so not sure how much of it has faded since then.

Does anyone know if the MAC marilyn monroe collection will be released in stores in the UK? i read somewhere it was the MAC website online only.. and all the stuff i wanted has already sold out there...

thought it was SI, it looks more like orange color....seems like swatches vary from one to another.

It should be in store and on Debenhams, House of Fraser and Selfridges website today or tomorrow. The only thing I'm aware of that is MAC website only is the By Request collection. You still have a ton of chances to get what you want just be prepared to stalk those websites like a hawk.

I'm from Malaysia and the MM collection was released in my country yesterday. The nearest MAC counter to me has every item fully in stock. Got Scarlet Ibis yesterday since the other colours don't suit me. The other reds pull a bit too pink on me

Macerette/Pinkdollface, when do new collections normally get released on maccosmetics.nl website? I'm still new to it, but would be good to know in case I get skipper's remorse for some collections.

That's the problem. I don't know. Calling them didn't help either. They say they do not know

Officially it should be the 6th, but Douglas replied to my query saying it would be the 8th. Takes too long...

I've only ordered Scarlet Ibis so far. (It's shipped!) I placed an order at Macy's at 2:00 am this morning. Crazy, isn't it? I was not planning to that. I was luckily awake, and saw SI on their website. That was all I could get. LOL This collection is super limited and going crazy fast! I'm wondering if I should visit my counter Thursday. I'm kinda scared now.

The collection is online at House Of Fraser in the UK, but the only lipstick not sold out yet (well, as of a few minutes ago) is Charmed, I'm Sure

I'm going to say yes, because it's such a unique colour, but having said that, I have it from Quite Cute and I've worn it all of once.
I do love it, just scared to wear it out of the house haha! But I'm glad I have it. (managed to pick it up completely by luck, was wondering through Myer and saw it at the MAC counter, and was so surprised it hadn't sold out I bought it straight away!)

lol by the time they do put it up on the site properly, there will be no lipsticks left or blushers by the look of it! That's a bit poor. Oh well, I did get what I wanted but you know what its like - when something has gone you want it more - even though it wasn't on your list in the first place!
