I will be a f'ing crazed woman tonight when I get home from work. This is unbelievable. My neighbors are wonderful. I'm wondering if the UPS guy left it on another floor. What pissed me off also is I wasn't informed that the package was delivered and left with someone. WTF UPS??!!!
Oh no! I would go knocking on everyones door.

Well now I'm totally pissed. Someone signed for my package on Tuesday, but never brought it to me. I don't even recognize the name. I know all of my neighbors on my floor and this name isn't one of them. What am I suppose to do now?

OMG!!!! That sucks. I hate it when they do that. It has only happened 2 times in 15 years but goodness it sucks when it does.

At my apartment complex somebody who works the front desk or office is authorized to sign for pkgs. UPS and FedEx and USPS all frequently leave things there. It was one of those darned lease addendum thingies I had to sign but even if I hadn't they all assume I did. I never recognize the names on those because there is the manager then like 3 secretaries then 5 leasing agents and oh yeah the maintenance staff ... basically anybody who is hovering around the office. :C

My BFF lived in a condo and and it was like that there too. They didn't even try to bring stuff to the door. It all just went to the office.

Do you have a front desk in your building? It may be possible that it was left there. If so, maybe trying calling there to see if they have your package. If you can, I recommend calling during your lunch break. An email may take too long to get a response. Oh yeah, you can also do a live chat with UPS if calling just isn't practical for you. At least you'll get an immediate response to your questions that way.

Can they even do that? let a stranger sign the form? sounds really crazy.
Yep. I just moved into an apartment in a different town, and since I've been living here, I've had things delivered to my neighbor instead of me, put in the wrong mailbox, and 'delivered' to my mailbox but when I go to check, it's not there. I'm not having anything sent to my apartment any more thanks to both UPS and USPS being terrible in this town. Weirdly, I had no problems at my old house.

I'm really sorry for you OctoberViolet. I hope you will sort this and will find your package in the end.
The sad thing is that the person who has the package has had it for 4 days? and has done nothing about it...

No. No front desk. I just got off a live chat with UPS. The dumbass driver left my package on the other side of my bldg with a total stranger that has had it for four days. I was never notified it was left. The woman I was chatting with said she will put in a request with the driver to get my package and re-deliver. I said I want it today, but she said she couldn't guarantee that. I asked why and she didn't answer me. Then... she disconnected my chat with her. I'm so f'ing pissed. I have neighbors on my floor who always take in my packages for me. Why couldn't the driver just go to my apt. and leave the package with one of them or just in front of my door as they have in the past? I also did a survey and balled these people out on it. I better hear from UPS today. I gave the woman my cell number. I want my MM lippies.

This is the first time in history that something like this ever happened to me. I never have issues with my mac deliveries.

That is crazy i would feel the exact same way. I really do hope you're able to get it back. If anyone bought back ups of the lipsticks or felt like they didn't like the color i'm willing to buy except for pure zen ? Pretty please.

Tx tats. If I get my package I will definitely let you guys know.
Who holds onto a package for four days? It's against the law, right?

Hopefully the neighbor just didn't know how to find you. I hope you get them soon.
