Mine arrive tomorrow, woohoo.

I put in another order which will arrive on Thursday, so all together I'll have 2x Rocker, 3x Moxie and 3x CYY. I can't believe none are out of stock yet must off got some decent amount of stock on these or the hype isn't as much on these in the UK.

I'm constantly checking the Belgian website tho, although i believe the Netherlands and Belgium share the same stock.
I guess only time will tell, already called CS and they knew nothing about this ..

I called customer services too and I was told that they would have the collection sometime in October. They couldn't be more specific about the date though.

I was really looking forward to the collection but I'm getting a tad fed up with the waiting tbh. Re: CPs - are newbies allowed to ask for them too? If so, I might just take up the offer

MAC managed to botch the release in Germany totally, so I can definately relate! First, like Liz, we had the CS with no clue about the specific date, then the waiting game started, then came the random FB announcement, and then, one day later, first things pop up on the website, but not the shadows, CS says that's all we get, two days later the e/s pop up, everybody and their table lamp rushes off to order, and since then - nothing. NO package has arrived yet due to 'technical difficulties'... *headdesk*
MAC has made it very hard to love them during the last weeks (meaning the releases of MM and BR).

Yes it was. It's not a big deal, I have many similar lipsticks, but it would've been good to know in advance. I can't be bothered to phone up and pay for the postage, I did that with Winterized mes once and then it was available everywhere soon after. I could've waited. Now I don't do phone orders, it's not worth the hassle.
They are most likely better than Flamingo

Just looked at the site in the eyeshadow section to double-check, and indeed, nothing

The ladies I spoke to at the phone did know about the collection, but they told me the people that put the collections up on the site don't inform them when they are going to do that. So it's really not the CS fault that they can't inform us.

I didn't say it was her fault :) I just wish the communication wasn't so poorly between the different departments at MAC, cause in the end it's always the customer that suffers from it.

I'm sorry if it sounded like I thought you were saying that (does this sentence still make sense:p?). I just wanted to let you all know what I was told;)
I also wish they would communicate better and the people on the phone told me that they want that too. They have asked before to give them dates so they can give a better service. I'm happy that they want something to be done themselves.
